- Add RemoteFollow to the list of default plugins

RemoteFollowPlugin:
- Subscribe events to add the remote-follow button

RemoteFollowInitAction:
- Handles the remote-follow form and getting the redirection url for follow completion

RemoteFollowSubAction:
- Handles the remote profile pulling and actual following
