--DESCRIPTION--
Whitelist that defines the schemes that a URI is allowed to have. This
prevents XSS attacks from using pseudo-schemes like javascript or mocha.
There is also support for the <code>data</code> and <code>file</code>
URI schemes, but they are not enabled by default.
