Several recent profiles have shown that VarDumper triggers the garbage collector quite often, leading to high CPU usage. The reason for this is that internally, VarCloner creates one Stub object per array+object+resource.
This PR removes the need for Stub objects for each arrays, replacing them with stub arrays. This should almost remove the GC pressure, since the number of Stub objects now has the same magnitude than the number of dumped objects.
Meanwhile, this PR removes any use of the `symfony_debug` extension, which is mostly useless anyway. This helps make the code simpler (really :) ), thus helps maintenance (eg merging up to master.)
I also changed the values of the constants defined in the Stub class, and removed the corresponding Data::mapStubConsts() method. Since the serialized format has changed (and we have to do it as there is no other way to fix this GC issue), there is no need to keep any sort of compat mapping there.

Logs generated during the container build are catched by the BufferingLogger with a special flag.
They are persist by the LoggerDataCollector and are available in the logger profiler.
In the profiler toolbar, the "container build" logs increment the current logs counter (even if the container was previously built).

The BufferingLogger now require the cachePath and the filesystem to persist a (unique) container build logs.
If the current workflow is ok, I will update the test coverage (actually they fail). Maybe we can display the appDevDebugProjectContainerCompiler.log content in that logger profile.

So, this PR simply adds the following shortcuts to navigate between matches, based on main browsers conventions:
- <kbd>CTRL/CMD</kbd> + (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>G</kbd>
- (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>ENTER</kbd>
- (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>F3</kbd>
_* <kbd>shift</kbd> allows to go backwards_
At first, I wanted to add a help box somewhere, but:
- I don't know where to place it. As the var dumper is now used everywhere in the profiler, it should not be importune and should work in narrowed places.
- We use those shortcuts in order to replicate the main softwares/browsers behavior. So we may not need it at all.
This PR also fixes a minor issue where pressing a key not changing the input would have restarted the search query.

As seen with @wouterj , it would be better to *not* display the stack level in front of each stack line.
This PR does just that, and moves the stack level to a title attribute in HtmlDumper.

The `DUMP_STRING_LENGTH` behavior has been requested in #15856,
the `DUMP_LIGHT_ARRAY` behavior is what should have been done for the VarDumperTestTrait. Anticipated usage is opt-in, by adding `<env name="DUMP_LIGHT_ARRAY" value="1" />` in `phpunit.xml.dist`.
Any more flags proposal anyone? Better names maybe?

- on PHP7, using ReflectionGenerator allows dumping interesting state info about generators (see test case for example output)
- caster for ReflectionType added
- source code excerpts are now left-trimmed (see adjusted test cases)

ExceptionCaster::filterTrace() is deprecated and replaced by a more flexible backtrace processing that allows one to register casters for amending/changing dumped backtraces. This is especially useful for dumping source map information/excerpts (like e.g. twig template source).
