I'm new to symfony, so I'm not sure where are all the places where it makes sense to actually catch the throwable and where not. I added most places that seemed logical and when I wasn't sure, I added it anyway. I'm hoping you guys (and girls?) can point out the places where the catch should not be added, I'll fix it and then I can create several PR's for the older branches. A lot of this IMHO should go also to 3.0.

This is the PR improving the auto wiring error messages.
Two errors messages have augmented:
If a type-hint does not match any existing type and a service for this type cannot be automatically created, the error message now says so, instead of simply saying the type cannot be autowired.
If a type-hint matches multiple services and none of them provides an autowiringType for it, the error message now says so and list the candidate services, instead of simply saying the type cannot be autowired.

With autowiring, the container is currently rebuilt when an autowired class is modified in any way. That makes it unusable for large systems. However, this doesn't need to be true: we only need to rebuild the cache if a construct argument changes. This adds that change, and it's quite simple
This idea can/should also be adapted easily to the `@Route` cache (I don't believe it has something "smart" like this).

The ``PhpDumper`` cannot currently dump several services' id containing characters unsupported by php.
This PR tries to solve this issue by removing the unsupported characters and by sufixing their camelized association to avoid conflicts.

In #17877, I introduced a bug: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/17877/files#diff-62df969ae028c559d33ffd256de1ac49L200.
Namely, if some class cannot be autowired because there is an *odd* number of matching services, then it *would* autowire the last service found, instead of throwing an exception. The tests only tested even numbers, which is how it was missed. This fixes that.

The ContainerBuilder class wasn't implementing the ContainerInterface interface as it should according to the Liskov substitution principle.
It caused dependency on implementation instead than on the interface when using an instance of the ContainerBuilder class.
For example this code:

Previously, if you type-hinted a bad class name, we did not set the argument value. In fact, with `continue`, we skipped setting the argument, which meant that if argument 2 was skipped, then argument 3 would be put into argument 2's location.
But really, if I type-hint a non-existent class, this should throw a clear exception. afaik, in the original PR, it was said that we cannot throw an exception for a non-existent class because a later compiler-pass may manipulate those class names and "fix" them to be real classes. But, that's an edge case, and I think if you're using advanced functionality like that, you should not use auto-wiring. Throwing an exception is much more user-friendly. I personally hit this issue and was trying to figure out what was going wrong :).
About the exception message: I would like to tell the user which class is type-hinted correctly, but getting the type-hinted class for a non-existent class is not possible with reflection.

The deprecation notice will be triggered by the existing mechanism in the DebugClassLoader (it can't be added inline because that would make symfony itself trigger it).
PHP 5.3 users migrating to 3.0 must already move to 2.8+5.5 beforehand so this is really on the CUP (Continuous Upgrade Path).

Compiler passes are very powerfull, but also quite strange to work with. Especially when you just need a very simple compiler pass (like https://github.com/symfony-cmf/RoutingBundle/blob/master/DependencyInjection/Compiler/SetRouterPass.php). For 3 lines of code, you need to tweak your bundle class and create a new class.
When using the DI component standalone, compiler passes are even harder to work with, as DI extensions can't register them. I believe that's why libraries like Behat make their extensions compiler passes by default.
I think it would be very easy to just implement an interface and have a `compile` method for the simple compiler pass stuff. If a bundle needs multiple compiler passes or need compiler passes to be executed at other times in the compile process, a bundle can use the normal compiler passes. But if it's just one simple thing, like replacing a definition or getting services with a specific tag, I think this method will be very usefull.

This PR adds a way to define the priority of service decoration, so, the service with the highest priority will be applied first (the default priority is zero).
```yaml
services:
foo:
class: Foo
bar:
class: Bar
arguments: ['@bar.inner']
decorates: foo
public: false
foobar:
class: Foobar
arguments: ['@foobar.inner']
decorates: foo
decoration_priority: 1
public: false
```
This will result in this code:

The ParameterBagInterface was missing some @throws annotations, so the FrozenParameterBag class was a violation of Liskov subtitution principle. Also the ParameterBagInterface was missing the remove method.
(Optionally the ParameterBagInterface can be later split into two smaller interfaces, because the FrozenParameterBag shouldn't have the add, remove methods in the first place.)

This allows to release remove references to all services during shutdown, giving much more chances to destruct services and the container through refcounting rather than waiting GC, as it will break cycles between the container and container-aware services.
There is a small BC break for a very edge case: if someone keeps a reference to the container and then shutdowns the kernel, the container would now be cleared and so would not work as intended anymore. But I don't think it is a supported use case. If you shutdown the kernel, the container of this kernel is released by the kernel and should not be used anymore IMO.
Thus, shutting down the kernel generally does not happen except during tests on teardown.
I'm not sure a doc PR is needed here: users of the fullstack framework should never use this feature (the kernel is using it for them). What do you think @weaverryan ?
