When trying to use nested merge keys in Yaml, the ref sometimes had the wrong value
eg, with:

```
in this case, the ref `nestedref` had the value "Doug", which cause this error :

The current [YAML 1.2] specification clearly states:
> JSON's RFC4627 requires that mappings keys merely “SHOULD” be unique, while YAML insists they “MUST” be.
The outdated [YAML 1.1] spec contained a crystal clear note on how the error of duplicate keys is to be handled by parsers, which is (sadly) no longer contained in the latest 1.2 spec (only leaving the requirement):
> It is an error for two equal keys to appear in the same mapping node. In such a case the YAML processor may continue, ignoring the second `key: value` pair and issuing an appropriate warning. This strategy preserves a consistent information model for one-pass and random access applications.

By default, object support is disabled, and instead of throwing an
exception when an object is handled, null is returned.
If you do need object support, enable it via:
Yaml::dump($data, false, true);
If you want an exception to be thrown in case an invalid type is handled
(a PHP resource or a PHP object), pass true as the second argument:
Yaml::dump($data, true, true);
The same can be done when parsing:
Yaml::parse($data, 2, false, true);
encoding is detected using the `mb_detect_encoding()`-function
in strict-mode. Checking is done before the parsing starts.
Without this patch, the calls to `preg_replace()` using the
'u'-modifier would cause the non-utf8-string being processed
to be empty when parsing starts which makes the parsing return
no result.
