TL;DR: I've optimised the PhpMatcherDumper output for a <del>60x</del> 4.4x performance improvement on a collection of ~800 routes by inducing cyclomatic complexity.
[EDIT] The 60x performance boost was only visible when profiling with blackfire, which is quite possibly a result of the cost of profiling playing a part. After doing some more profiling the realistic benefit of the optimisation is more likely to be in the ranges is 1.3x to 4.4x.
After the previous optimisation I began looking at how the PrefixCollection was adding its performance boost. I spotted another way to do this, which has the same theory behind it (excluding groups based on prefixes). The current implementation only groups when one prefix resides in the other. In this new implementation I've created a way to detect common prefixes, which allows for much more efficient grouping. Every time a route is added to the group it'll either merge into an existing group, merge into a new group with a route that has a common prefix, or merge into a new group with an existing group that has a common prefix.
However, when a parameter is present grouping must only be done AFTER that route, this case is accounted for. In all other cases, where there's no collision routes can be grouped freely because if a group was matched other groups wouldn't have matched.
After all the groups are created the groups are optimised. Groups with fewer than 3 children are inlined into the parent group. This is because a group with 2 children would potentially result in 3 prefix checks while if they are inlines it's 2 checks.
Like with the previous optimisation I've profiled this using blackfire. But the match function didn't show up anymore. I've added `usleep` calls in the dumped matcher during profiling, which made it show up again. I've verified with @simensen that this is because the wall time of the function was too small for it to be of any interest. When it DID get detected, because of more tasks running, it would show up with around 250 nanoseconds. In comparison, the previous speed improvement brought the wall time down from 7ms to ~2.5ms on a set of ~800 routes.
Because of the altered grouping behaviour I've not modified the PrefixCollection but I've created a new StaticPrefixCollection and updated the PhpMatcherDumper to use that instead.

Currently the [`@Route`][1] annotation can be set on the class (for global parameters only). This PR allows you to define the full route annotation for _single_ controllers on the class.

* The class cannot contain other methods with `@Route` annotation (otherwise, this works as before: used for global parameters).
* <del>The class `@Route` must have the `name` option defined (otherwise, the route is ignored).</del> This one is auto-generated if `null`.
* The class must be invokable: [`__invoke()` method][2] (otherwise, the route is ignored).
Btw, this PR fix the inconsistency with other route definitions (xml, yml) where the `_controller` parameter points to the class name only (i.e. without method).

While playing around with Symfony in a PHP 7.1 application I noticed a warning in how EnvParameterResoure uses unserialize. Since PHP 7.0 introduced the options argument which allows to restrict which classes can be unserialized for better security, it might make sense to use it here. As far as I can tell this is no BC break, it only provides an additional safety mechanism.

I also decided to improve the current `is_numeric()` check that is done by a truer one. The current limitation is that a PCRE subpattern name must not start with a digit which is different.

This PR adds unicode support to route matching and generation by automatically adding the `u` modifier to regexps that use either unicode characters or unicode enabled character classes (e.g. `\p...` `\x{...}` `\X`).
As a side note, if one wants to match a single unicode character (vs a single byte), one should use `\PM` or `\X` instead of `.` *or* set the `unicode` parameter to true.

Although it's not the case anymore on PHP 7, on PHP 5, `is_array` checks are much slower than `isset` checks.

This makes `import()` actually add the `RouteCollectionBuilder` into itself. We didn't do this before at Fabien's request, and actually the current implementation (before this PR) is quite "clean". However, I agree with @WouterJ that `import()` really sounds/looks like it will actually *import* those routes *into* this `RouteCollectionBuilder`.
This change is subjective - we just need to pick which way we like better and run full steam with it.

Hi guys!
This adds the ability to use a service as a routing resource. In other words, instead of loading `routing.yml`, you could load `my_route_loader`, and then a method would be called on your service to return a RouteCollection.
Specifically, I'm interested in this because it would allow a user to point their main router resource to the kernel itself, making it possible to load routes inside the kernel (making a single-file full-stack app more possible).

This - along with #15742 - attempts to making adding routes in PHP (via an actual class+method) not only possible, but also useful.
The two classes - `Route` and `RouteCollectionBuilder` are based off of Silex's `Controller` and `ControllerCollection`. The `RouteCollectionBuilder` is basically a `RouteCollection` that's able to import other resources. Here are the goals:
A) Import routes easily
```php
$routes->import('routing.yml');
```
B) Fluid addition of routes into the collection
```php
$routes->add('/admin', 'AppBundle:Admin:index', 'admin_index')
->setMethods(['GET']);
```
C) Ability to create routes with auto-generating names
D) Ability to add a "sub-collection" (kind of like an import, without pointing to another file). Included is the ability to set the controller class:
```php
$blogRoutes = $routes->createBuilder('/blog')
->setControllerClass('AppBundle\Controller\BlogController');
$blogRoutes->add('/', 'indexAction');
$blogRoutes->add('/{id}', 'editAction');
$routes->addBuilder($blogRoutes);
```
E) The collection options can be set before or after the routes. With `RouteCollection`, if you set something - e.g. a prefix or a default - and THEN add more routes, those options are not passed to those routes. This is by design, but not ideal for building routes (e.g. in the previous code example, the controllerClass would not be applied using the opposite logic, since it's set before adding the routes).

I removed all usages of the deprecated _scheme requirement inside the Routing Component.
Most parts were pretty easy and after multiple refactorings I came up with the solution to have a Route::hasScheme() method and check against this method.
I also checked for performance and after trying in_array, arra_flip+isset and foreach, the last one was clearly the winner.

In almost all classes symfony uses property initialization when the value is static. Constructor initialization is only used for things that actually have logic, like passed parameters or dynamic values. IMHO it makes the code much more readable because property definition, phpdoc and default value is in one place. Also one can easily see what the constructor implements for logic like overridden default value of a parent class. Otherwise the real deal is just hidden behind 10 property initializations. One more advantage is that it requires less code. As you can see, the code was almost cut in half (210 additions and 395 deletions).
I unified it accordingly across symfony. Sometimes it was [not even consistent within one class](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/Config/Definition/BaseNode.php#L32). At the same time I recognized some errors like missing parent constructor call, or undefined properties or private properties that are not even used.
I then realized that a few Kernel tests were not passing because they were deeply implementation specific like modifying booted flag with a custom `KernelForTest->setIsBooted();`. I improved and refactored the kernel tests in the __second commit__.
__Third commit__ unifies short ternary operator, e.g. `$foo ?: new Foo()`. __Forth commit__ unifies missing parentheses, e.g. `new Foo()`.
