This pull requests fixes the bug #32149. This issue was about TraceableUrlMatcher having a wrong behaviour regarding trailing slashes (according to UrlMatcher and documentation).
With this pull requests, the test class TraceableUrlMatcherTest now extends UrlMatcherTest, to prevent such behaviour digression.

In #19274, we tried to deprecate `RouterInterface::getRouteCollection()`, but failed at doing so. I propose to add a warning about why one should never use it at runtime as a first step.

I have some questions:
- ~I have not added type for methods with `@inheritdoc` annotation, should I?~
- ~Don't we want to type also functions without `@return` annotation? (still in `final` classes)~
- ~If yes is the answer of the previous one, do we also want the `void` return type?~
- ~I have also added the return type in the `DependencyInjection` PhpDumper, but is it also wanted? (if yes, I will clean a bit the code changed)~

we still need to implement Serializable as long as we support PHP < 7.4. otherwise serialized data in php 7.2 would not work anymore when people upgrade to php 7.4
