### Overview
Currently, any metadata passed to `ConfigCache` (namely implementations of `ResourceInterface`) is serialized to disk. When the `ConfigCache` is validated, the metadata is unserialized and queried through `ResourceInterface::isFresh()` to determine whether the cache is fresh. That way, `ResourceInterface` implementations cannot interact with services, for example a database connection.
This PR introduces the new concept of `ResourceCheckers`. Services implementing `ResourceCheckerInterface` can be tagged as `config_cache.resource_checker` with an optional priority.
Clients that wish to use `ConfigCache` can then obtain an instance from the `config_cache_factory` service (which implements `ConfigCacheFactoryInterface`). The factory will take care of injecting resource checkers into the `ConfigCache` instance so that they can be used for cache validation.
Checking cache metadata is easy for `ResourceCheckers`:
* First, the `ResourceCheckerInterface::supports()` implementation is passed the metadata object in question. If the checker cannot handle the type of resource passed, `supports()` should return `false`.
* Otherwise, the `ResourceCheckerInterface::isFresh()` method will be called and given the resource as well as the timestamp at which the cache was initialized. If that method returns `false`, the cache is considered stale. If it returns `true`, the resource is considered unchanged and will *not* be passed to any additional checkers.
### BC and migration path
This PR does not (intend to) break BC but it comes with deprecations. The main reason is that `ResourceInterface` contains an `isFresh()` method that does not make sense in the general case of resources.
Thus, `ResourceInterface::isFresh()` is marked as deprecated and should be removed in Symfony 3.0. Resource implementations that can (or wish to) be validated in that simple manner can implement the `SelfCheckingResourceInterface` sub-interface that still contains (and will keep) the `isFresh()` method. The change should be as simple as changing the `extends` list.
Apart from that, `ResourceInterface` will be kept as the base interface for resource implementations. It is used in several `@api` interfaces and thus cannot easily be substituted.
For the Symfony 2.x series, a `BCResourceInterfaceChecker` will be kept that performs validation through `ResourceInterface::isFresh()` but will trigger a deprecation warning. The remedy is to either implement a custom ResourceChecker with a priority higher than -1000; or to switch to the aforementioned `SelfCheckingResourceInterface` which is used at a priority of -990 (without deprecation warning).
The `ConfigCache` and `ConfigCacheFactory` classes can be used as previously but do not feature checker-based cache validation.
### Outlook and closing remarks:
This PR supersedes #7230, #15692 and works at least in parts towards the goal of #7176.
The `ResourceCheckerInterface`, `...ConfigCache` and `...ConfigCacheFactory` no longer need to be aware of the `debug` flag. The different validation rules applied previously are now just a matter of `ResourceChecker` configuration (i. e. "no checkers" in `prod`).
It might be possible to remove the `debug` flag from Symfony's `Router` and/or `Translator` classes in the future as well because it was only passed on to the `ConfigCache` there.

When a form type provides a BC layer with old form names (all core types
do), the form registry will ask for type extensions registered on the
legacy name for BC, and trigger a warning if it finds any.
The DependencyInjectionExtension should not trigger warnings on its own
when being asked for such extensions (especially when it has none
registered).
Core extensions are also registered using the proper extended type
rather than legacy names.

[translation] Deprecated DiffOperation
## Summary:
The ``DiffOperation`` class has been deprecated and ``TargetOperation``
should be used instead, because ``DiffOperation`` has nothing to do
with 'diff', thus its class name is misleading.
Also added detailed documents for all operation interface and classes.
## Background:
The following names should have consistent meanings for all operations:
The name of ``intersection`` is temporarily introduced here to explain this issue.
* [x] ``intersection`` = source ∩ target = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∈ target}
* [x] ``all`` = **result of the operation, depends on the operation.**
* [x] ``new`` = all ∖ source = {x: x ∈ all ∧ x ∉ source}
* [x] ``obsolete`` = source ∖ all = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ all}
The following analysis explains why ``DiffOperation`` should be deprecated.
## Logic of ``MergeOperation``:
* [x] ``all`` = source ∪ target = {x: x ∈ source ∨ x ∈ target}
* [x] ``new`` = all ∖ source = {x: x ∈ target ∧ ∉ source}
* [x] ``obsolete`` = source ∖ all = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ source ∧ x ∉ target} = ∅
This absolutely makes sense.
## Logic of ``DiffOperation``:
* [ ] ``all`` = intersection ∪ (target ∖ intersection) = target
* [x] ``new`` = all ∖ source = {x: x ∈ target ∧ x ∉ source}
* [x] ``obsolete`` = source ∖ all = source ∖ target = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ target}
The ``all`` part is confusing because 'diff' should either mean 'relative complement' or 'symmetric difference' operation:
### Relative Complement:
* ``all`` = source ∖ target = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ target}
### Symmetric Difference:
* ``all`` = (source ∖ target) ∪ (target ∖ source) = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ target ∨ x ∈ target ∧ x ∉ source}
### Current Logic has Nothing to do with "Diff":
* ``all`` = intersection ∪ (target ∖ intersection) = target
So the name of ``DiffOperation`` is misleading and inappropriate.
Unfortunately, there is no corresponding set operation for this class,
so it's hard to give it an apppriate name.
From my point of view, I believe the most accurate name for this class
should be ``TargetOperation`` because its result is same as the target set.

#### Type Names
This PR deprecates the definition of the `getName()` method of form types. See #15008 for a more detailed description.
Before:
```php
class MyType extends AbstractType
{
public function getName()
{
return 'mytype';
}
// ...
}
```
After:
```php
class MyType extends AbstractType
{
// ...
}
```
You should always reference other types by their fully-qualified class names. Thanks to PHP 5.5, that's easy:
Before:
```php
$form = $this->createFormBuilder()
->add('name', 'text')
->add('age', 'integer')
->getForm();
```
After:
```php
$form = $this->createFormBuilder()
->add('name', TextType::class)
->add('age', IntegerType::class)
->getForm();
```
#### Type Instances
Furthermore, passing of type instances is deprecated.
Before:
```php
$form = $this->createForm(new AuthorType());
```
After:
```php
$form = $this->createForm(AuthorType::class);
```
#### DIC Aliases
When registering a type in the DIC, you should omit the "alias" attribute now.
Before:
```xml
<service id="my.type" class="Vendor\Type\MyType">
<tag name="form.type" alias="mytype" />
<argument type="service" id="some.service.id" />
</service>
```
After:
```xml
<service id="my.type" class="Vendor\Type\MyType">
<tag name="form.type" />
<argument type="service" id="some.service.id" />
</service>
```
Types without dependencies don't need to be registered in the DIC as they can be instantiated right away.
#### Template Block Prefixes
By default, the class name of the type in underscore notation minus "Type" suffix is used as Twig template block prefix (e.g. `UserProfileType` => `user_profile_*`). If you want to customize that, overwrite the new `getBlockPrefix()` method in your type:
```php
class UserProfileType extends AbstractType
{
public function getBlockPrefix()
{
return 'profile';
}
// ...
}
```

The `server:start` command will report an error message when a lock file
does exist.
However, this means that you cannot restart the web server process if
the previously running process terminated accidentally or if it was
terminated by the user without executing the `server:stop` command (e.g.
by using the system's `kill` command or the task manager).
This commit adds a `--force` option that makes it possible to launch the
web server process even if a lock file does exist.

[FrameworkBundle] Add a doctrine cache service definition for validator mapping

Following #12975, this PR only registers a new service so it's possible to use the new doctrine based cache implementation instead of the deprecated one. To use it, the end user would need to configure it in his `config.yml`:
```yaml
framework:
validation:
cache: validator.mapping.cache.doctrine.apc
```
In 3.0 we'll be able to replace the deprecated definition by aliasing `validator.mapping.cache.apc` to `validator.mapping.cache.doctrine.apc`.
I thought of automatic wrapping of services which implement doctrine interface, but decided it would be too magic.
I'm not convinced if APC is a good default anymore and hope for some discussion. I've used it as it's also used in serializer, and probably translation (see #13986). Since there's a built in opcache in more recent PHP versions, and apcu doesn't seem to be stable, there are better choices. Perhaps a better default would be a filesystem cache (not better performing, but it works anywhere).

Thanks to this PR, next time I want to just do:
```
translator:
fallback: "%locale%"
paths: ['%kernel.root_dir%/../vendor/internal/package/translations']
```
I will be able to, and won't have to dig in docs, start building a translation loader before I realize it's not what I want, dig in the framework ext, and then have to write a compiler pass to inject my file to the translator resource paths.

This ensures that a relative path can be used to specify the router script, and that if the router script cannot be found an error is reported and the command fails.
The file path for the router script is now determined and checked prior to the child process being forked, which seems cleaner. The same change could be made in ServerRunCommand.php, or possibly in the ServerCommand base class; to keep the scope small, though, this wasn't done as part of this bug fix.

Automatically start server:run if server:start failed
After this PR, `server:start` will ask the user if it wants to start `server:run` automatically. If yes, the `server:run` command is executed and the server is started. If no, the command exits with `1`.
Example of Yes:
```
$ php app/console server:start
This command needs the pcntl extension to run.
You can either install it or use the server:run command instead to run the built-in web server.
Do you want to start server:run immediately? [Yn]
Server running on http://127.0.0.1:8000
Quit the server with CONTROL-C.
```
Example of No:
```
$ php app/console server:start
This command needs the pcntl extension to run.
You can either install it or use the server:run command instead to run the built-in web server.
Do you want to start server:run immediately? [Yn] n
$ ...
```
I've created this PR, because documentation currently still has to promote `server:run` to be safe. You don't want to tell people, "use `server:start`" and have them getting an error immediately (please note that starting the server is probably the first action with Symfony). Example: https://github.com/symfony/symfony-demo/pull/17

Give ability to extractors to extract from an array of files a file, or a Traversable besides a directory.
The following commit adds the new feature to the following extractors:
PhpExtractor and TwigExtractor.
It also corrects the interface documentation to show the new options allowed as a parameter.
I found this change useful as I've got a custom translation:update command that instead of extracting from $rootPath. '/Resources/views/' it extracts from the files that git is showing as modified. The command usually runs much faster than the default as it only parses the needed files.

This is my first PR. If I do anything wrong, please let me know and I'll try to fix it.
## Possible TODO:
```
[ ] Update relevant documentation
```
## Explanation for the PR:
While editing a web application, I was changing a LOT of translation files. The debug:translation command helps a lot, but it is hard to find out in which domain the missing/unused translations are located. By adding an extra column with the name of the domain, I get more information about the translations in the table.
## New output:
```
+----------+------------+---------------------+----------------------+
| State(s) | Domain | Id | Message Preview (nl) |
+----------+------------+---------------------+----------------------+
| x | user_admin | user.iban.incorrect | user.iban.incorrect |
+----------+------------+---------------------+----------------------+
Legend:
x Missing message
o Unused message
= Same as the fallback message
[Assets] Make templating.helper.assets service available again for BC reasons
This service has always been available and the SonataDoctrinePhpcrOdmBundle relied on this services. Moving it to the templating_php config (which is only loaded when PHP templating is enabled, which is often not the case) is a BC break that makes it very hard to support <2.7 and 2.7.
This should be reverted for the 3.0 branch (master), as it should be removed in 3.0. However, it should be added to the `UPRADE-3.0.md` file.
Read validation contraints from Resources/config/validation/ sub-dir
When a bundle contains many entities/documents and it uses YAML or XML format instead of annotations, it is convenient to split the validation constraints into several small files.
With this simple PR, every files in the `validation` sub-directory will be loaded by the validator like it's done for doctrine mapping.
```
Resources/
config/
doctrine/
Author.orm.yml
Post.orm.yml

From the proposed README:
PHPUnit Bridge
==============
Provides utilities for PHPUnit, especially user deprecation notices management.
It comes with the following features:
* disable the garbage collector;
* auto-register `class_exists` to load Doctrine annotations;
* print a user deprecation notices summary at the end of the test suite.
Handling user deprecation notices is sensitive to the SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER
environment variable. This env var configures 3 behaviors depending on its value:
* when set to `strict`, all but legacy-tagged deprecation notices will make tests
fail. This is the recommended mode for best forward compatibility.
* `weak` on the contrary will make tests ignore all deprecation notices.
This is the recommended mode for legacy projects that must use deprecated
interfaces for backward compatibility reasons.
* any other value will respect the current error reporting level.
All three modes will display a summary of deprecation notices at the end of the
test suite, split in two groups:
* **Legacy** deprecation notices denote tests that explicitly test some legacy
interfaces. In all 3 modes, deprecation notices triggered in a legacy-tagged
test do never make a test fail. There are four ways to mark a test as legacy:
- make its class start with the `Legacy` prefix;
- make its method start with `testLegacy`;
- make its data provider start with `provideLegacy` or `getLegacy`;
- add the `@group legacy` annotation to its class or method.
* **Remaining/Other** deprecation notices are all other (non-legacy)
notices, grouped by message, test class and method.
Usage
-----
Add this bridge to the `require-dev` section of your composer.json file
(not in `require`) with e.g.
`composer require --dev "symfony/phpunit-bridge"`.
When running `phpunit`, you will see a summary of deprecation notices at the end
of the test suite.
Deprecation notices in the **Remaining/Other** section need some thought.
You have to decide either to:
* update your code to not use deprecated interfaces anymore, thus gaining better
forward compatibility;
* or move them to the **Legacy** section (by using one of the above way).
After reviewing them, you should silence deprecations in the **Legacy** section
if you think they are triggered by tests dedicated to testing deprecated
interfaces. To do so, add the following line at the beginning of your legacy
test case or in the `setUp()` method of your legacy test class:
`$this->iniSet('error_reporting', -1 & ~E_USER_DEPRECATED);`
Last but not least, you should then configure your C.I. to the reporting mode
that is appropriated to your project by setting SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER to
`strict`, `weak` or empty. It is recommended to start with `weak` mode, upgrade
your code as described above, then when the *Remaining/Other* sections are empty,
move to `strict` to keep forward compatibility on the long run.

If both of configurations are defined, the exception is break because it isn't
defined properly (missing backslash in FQCN for ```\LogicException```).
Also, the message was wrong (it's referred to "templating.templating" instead of
"framework.templating").

This is a minor fix to have a quick-and-dirty var_dump nicely work with the exception output from Symfony.
In short, the default "pre" whitespace CSS rules should be kept outside of block "#content", so that var_dump output is not diplayed in a single huge line.

[FrameworkBundle] Container parameters in Route#condition

Adds ability to use parameters in route conditions like you can use them in container definitions:
```php
contact:
path: /contact
defaults: { _controller: AcmeDemoBundle:Main:contact }
condition: "request.headers.get('User-Agent') matches '%allowed_user_agents%'"
```
As you could see replacement of the placeholder happens before ExpressionLanguage will tokenize and compile the expression so it looks kinda ad-hoc and primitive. This means a BC break for us, because some of conditions out there that had percentage symbol might be invalid now, f.e.: `10%var_name%2`- without the patch this will be currently compiled to `10 % $var_name % 2`, with the patch it will try to replace `%var_name%` with a parameter. The same goes for percentage symbols inside string literals.
This PR is a different implementation of #12869 which is I think is too overcomplicated for this feature.

Correctly add deprecation for _scheme and _method requirements and fix code to not trigger deprecations itself. And fix test so that they either explicitly test deprecated functionality or alternatively refactor tests to use new style.
It also fixes the deprecation triggers for "pattern" which was not correctly done for YAML/XML loading.
