So, this PR simply adds the following shortcuts to navigate between matches, based on main browsers conventions:
- <kbd>CTRL/CMD</kbd> + (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>G</kbd>
- (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>ENTER</kbd>
- (<kbd>shift</kbd>* +) <kbd>F3</kbd>
_* <kbd>shift</kbd> allows to go backwards_
At first, I wanted to add a help box somewhere, but:
- I don't know where to place it. As the var dumper is now used everywhere in the profiler, it should not be importune and should work in narrowed places.
- We use those shortcuts in order to replicate the main softwares/browsers behavior. So we may not need it at all.
This PR also fixes a minor issue where pressing a key not changing the input would have restarted the search query.

The `DUMP_STRING_LENGTH` behavior has been requested in #15856,
the `DUMP_LIGHT_ARRAY` behavior is what should have been done for the VarDumperTestTrait. Anticipated usage is opt-in, by adding `<env name="DUMP_LIGHT_ARRAY" value="1" />` in `phpunit.xml.dist`.
Any more flags proposal anyone? Better names maybe?

I had this on a local branch since a few days:
- on PHP7, using ReflectionGenerator allows dumping interesting state info about generators (see test case for example output)
- caster for ReflectionType added
- source code excerpts are now left-trimmed (see adjusted test cases)

ExceptionCaster::filterTrace() is deprecated and replaced by a more flexible backtrace processing that allows one to register casters for amending/changing dumped backtraces. This is especially useful for dumping source map information/excerpts (like e.g. twig template source).
