PHP arrays are dumped as either YAML sequences or mappings, depending on whether the array has continuos integer keys or not.
An empty array is always dumped as a YAML mapping. Sometimes you want it dumped as a YAML sequence instead.

Without this fix, DateTime-aware parsing of a YAML source containing nested lists of dates result in an error. Consider this:

Allows to use the `_` to group "big" ints, as suggested in the yaml integer type specification. As discussed in #18094, we should check if it is still part of the 1.2 specification, but I don't really see why not ? I can't see anywhere anything saying it is not valid anymore... as there are links to these types in some other specs.
This is #18096, but targetted on master as this is considered as a new feature. I also support the dump of such values as only strings. I think I should change how it is dumped thoug, and use the escape filter instead though (as I was misusing the data provider and it provided strange results at the time)

Users imo should use the `Yaml` class as the only entry point. Thus marking the other classes as internal makes it easier for us to break BC in them when implementing new features in Symfony 4.

If a yml file has a tab character before a line ending comment the comment will be included in the parsed value. Yaml spec allows tab or space as whitespace characters so we need to check for tab as well. See included test.
Recently caused an odd and hard to find bug in our project.

Honestly, I don't have any idea of the regressions it might introduce. Tests are passing, so if this code had any reason to exist, tests covering it are certainly missing :/

When trying to use nested merge keys in Yaml, the ref sometimes had the wrong value
eg, with:

a: Steve

p: 1234
nested:
<<: *taz
d: Doug

```
in this case, the ref `nestedref` had the value "Doug", which cause this error :
Symfony\Component\Yaml\Exception\ParseException: YAML merge keys used with a scalar value instead of an array at line 38 (near "<<: *nestedref").
It now works as expected

This PR ensures that PHP [values which would be interpreted as booleans][1] in older versions of the YAML spec are escaped with single quotes when dumped by the Dumper.
For example, dumping this:

Will produce this YAML:

Reverting the deprecated notices on `Unescaper::ENCODING` for two reasons:
* The constant is only used internally and nobody ever used it anyway;
* The deprecation notice is ALWAYS triggered when using the YAML component.

This removes the unused use statements which were not catched by
PHP-CS-Fixer because of string occurences. It also fixes some invalid
