I ran into a case that led to an `AnnotationException` in the `AnnotationsCacheWarmer`. I deduced that these exceptions should be ignored to not break the cache warming process.
The case :
* You have a controller in your `AppBundle\Controller\` directory.
* You have an annotation in this controller that will never be found (because you made a mistake in the class / annotation name) or not every time : for example your controller is only used in dev env and it uses an annotation that is defined in a vendor bundle that is only under the `require-dev` key in your `composer.json` because you don't need it in your production deployment. So in production, your controller exists but will never be used. However the vendor bundle does not exist.
* You dump your autoload files with composer using the `--optimize` option.
* You end up with an `AnnotationException`.
Why :
* In the [`FrameworkExtension`](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Bundle/FrameworkBundle/DependencyInjection/FrameworkExtension.php#L189), the `**Bundle\Controller\` pattern is added as an "annotated class to compile".
* In the [`AddClassesToCachePass`](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/HttpKernel/DependencyInjection/AddClassesToCachePass.php#L50), all the classes defined in the `autoload_classmap.php` file are matched against the previous pattern.
* Your controller will match. So even if you don't use it at all in your application, the annotation will still be read and the exception will be thrown.

`framework.annotations` default should be true only if `doctrine/annotations` is installed.
Indeed, in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/20097, the dependency on `doctrine/annotations` was removed from the framework bundle.
Thus, an application can break (not talking from one actually relying on annotations) as soon as it uses the framework bundle without the `framework.annotations` key explicitly set to `false` (I had the case in a fixture application in the testsuite of a package).

The old version of this JS re-rendered the entire list of ajax calls which was causing some performance issues when people had high numbers of ajax requests (increasingly common as people create SPAs.
This PR changes the behavior of the ajax profiler to be more smart about the DOM manipulations it makes. Instead of re-rendering the entire list, on any AJAX requests/responses, it instead adds the row to the profiler when an AJAX request is made, adding the DOM node as a property of the request on the requestStack. When the AJAX response comes back, it updates the existing DOM node instead of re-creating it (and all of the others).
I've tested this on my machine using a modern version of chrome. I don't think I'm doing anything fancy, so I think the likelihood that I broke something is minimal.
I've left a couple of the commits separate, because they represent distinct ideas. The first commit is just some consistency/cleanup. The second commit is the meat of the work. Its diff is basically useless since I've added two new functions and modified one function heavily. I tried to make the diff as easy to read as possible, but it's still pretty rough. The third commit removes some functions/calls that I don't think need to be there now that this is re-written, but I wanted to leave them in a separate commit for ease of revert if they are indeed needed.

When using the `debug:config` command, if the dumped configuration is explicitly defined by the user, then parameters are properly resolved in the output. If it is not, and values come from the bundle default configuration directly, they are not.
Steps to reproduce:
- Checkout the symfony demo
- Run `debug:config twig`
- Look at the `debug` key, it is the `kernel.debug` parameter properly resolved: `true`
- Look at the `cache` key, it is not resolved: `'%kernel.cache_dir%/twig'`
This fixes it by resolving the configs once again after processing the configuration.

The TwigBundle's `twig.extension.code` service and the DebugBundle's `data_collector.dump` service require the new `debug.file_link_formatter` service however this is only available with the FrameworkBundle or WebProfilerBundle 3.2. The class it refers to was added to the HttpKernel at 3.2 as well. In the case of the TwigBundle, attempting to upgrade a site's dependencies where you try to install `symfony/twig-bundle ~3.2` with `symfony/framework-bundle <3.2` or `symfony/web-profiler-bundle <3.2` causes a `ServiceNotFoundException` with message 'The service "twig" has a dependency on a non-existent service "debug.file_link_formatter".' to be thrown.

As it is a very common dependency. Currently it gives:

Add a new authentication listener allowing to login by sending a JSON document like:
`{"_username": "dunglas", "_password": "foo"}`.
It is similar to the traditional form login (but take a JSON document as entry) and is convenient for APIs, especially used in combination with JWT.

The `display: table-row` rule does not suit well for such blocks and prevent from containing them properly in the parent container (thus the reason why the width was set to `200px` I guess).

Instead of a generic approach that failed in #20537, let's focus on the `cache.annotations` service, which is the one that needs special care because it can be required while the container is being built. See e.g.:

When the service is required at build time, we can't provide it a logger, because no logger service is ready at that time. Still, that doesn't prevent the service from working. The late `CachePoolClearerPass` wires the logger for later instantiations so that `cache.annotations` has a properly configured logger *for the next requests*.

Today I was searching for bottlenecks in my application using Blackfire. And among other things I found one in Symfony. Blackfire showed that `Symfony\Bundle\FrameworkBundle\Controller\ControllerNameParser::findAlternative()` was called almost 300 times which took 28 miliseconds.
It turns out that `Symfony\Bundle\FrameworkBundle\Routing\DelegatingLoader::load()` is calling `ControllerNameParser::parse()` without actually needing to do so because `$controller` is in the class::method notation already. `ControllerNameParser` threw an exception, DelegatingLoader caught and ignored it - that's ok. The problem is that generating the exception message took a lot of time because findAlternative is slow. In my case it called the levenshtein function over 5000 times which was completely useless because the exception is ignored anyway.

Fixes a little bug in `*CompleteConfigurationTest`: if a test fails for one format, subsequent tests for other formats will also fail. This is because subsequent tests actually use the container built from the very first tested config, which is PHP if all tests are ran.
This can be reproduced by changing a value in the PHP config fixtures. `PhpCompleteConfigurationTest` will fail as expected but `XmlCompleteConfigurationTest` and `YamlCompleteConfigurationTest` will fail too, which is not expected.

As identified in #20370, collecting the log records for the profiler should happen before any processor.
The only way to do so is by registering a processor to do exactly that.
Since the last added processor is called first, this one is wired in a compiler pass that is called after other processors are registered.
The DebugHandler class being now useless, it is deprecated.
If this approach is accepted, I'll send a PR on monolog bundle & silex to leverage it.

With this, the `FirewallContext` class now has a `getConfig()` method returning a `FirewallConfig` object representing the firewall configuration.
Also this adds a `getContext()` method to the `FirewallMap` class of the `SecurityBundle`, to be able to retrieve the current context.
In a next time, this could be useful to display some firewall related informations to the Profiler, as pointed out in #15294.
Also, it can be useful to be able to access the current firewall configuration from an AuthenticationListener, especially for third party bundles (I can develop on demand).

This command needs the ability to use an empty string as prefix, which is not possible using `bin/console translation:update --prefix=""` because `$argv` doesn't parse empty strings thus the value is converted to `null` by `ArgvInput` (only since #19946, before the option was not considered to be set, giving the default `'__'` thus this should be fine from a BC pov).
Here I propose to explicitly convert the `prefix` value to an empty string if set to `null`, as it is a very specific need and we can't guess that from `ArgvInput`.
An other way to fix it could be to add a `--no-prefix` option to the command but I don't think it is worth it, and it couldn't be treated as a bug fix thus not fixed before `3.2`.

The benefit of this PR are the same than the ones of the annotations PR:

- on PHP 7, there is no need for user extension to get maximum performances (ie. if you use this PR and the other one, you probably won't need to enable APCu to have great performances)
- on PHP 7 again, we are not sensitive to APCu memory fragmentation
- last but not least, global performance is slightly better (I get 30us per class gain in Blackfire)

Slashes are escaped when sing the `lint:twig` and `lint:yaml` commands with the `format` option set to `json`, giving such results:

This implements the usage of relative paths instead of absolute ones in `var/cache/*/templates.php`, important for ability to build the cache in a different context than where it will be used.
This PR transforms the following `templates.php`:

The default value of `framework.php_errors.log` must be `%kernel.debug%` to have deprecations and silenced errors logged in dev as before.
Cleaning the trace was broken because a closure can't be bound to an internal class.
This PR fixes both issues and enhance trace cleaning a bit by removing arguments from traces so that they take less memory when collected as part of the context of log messages.

Currently when we use nested forms and an error occurs into one of them, it's not displayed "easily" in the form panel profiler:
This happen because only the root form is expanded and the children are shown collapsed "by default".
**The main problem is to search where is the form with error**.
The purpose of this PR is to show expanded all forms that contains children with error, reducing a little bit the developer's time when debugging.

This commit fix a bug when using debug function too soon.
For example, if you call dump function during kernel::boot() the
dump output will be sent to stderr, even in a web context.
With this patch, the data collector is used by default, so the
dump output is send to the WDT. In a CLI context, if dump is used
too soon, the datacollector will buffer it, and release it at the
end of the script. So in this case everything will be visible by the
end used.

In #19140 the CSRF validation listener was not aware that the POST max size had exceeded, and was adding a form error message that wasn't relevant to the actual error.
This introduces the `ServerParams` utility class into the `CsrfValidationListener` and checks that the POST max size has not been exceeded. If it has then it won't bother trying to validate the CSRF token.
My main concern with this change is that it opens up an attack vector around tokens, but I've encapsulated the request size validation in a single method in `ServerParams` now so that the request handlers are using the same logic.

Nowadays it is more and more common to protect some sensitive actions and part of a website using 2FA or some re-authentication mechanism (per example, on Github you have to enter your password again when you add an ssh key). But currently, in Symfony, it is really hard to implement without having to duplicate the logic, provide an explicit list of URLs to protect or hack into the security component.
A good way to achieve that would be to add a special role (like IS_AUTHENTICATED_FULLY) and use it in the access map. But it requires us to be able to have a custom logic in an ExceptionListener depending on the roles behind an AccessDeniedException.
With this patch we could write an ExceptionListener of this kind (a similar logic could also be used in an AccessDeniedHandler):

I propose to change the default for the `server:run` command and show `php -S` logs by default.
I really miss them otherwise. The `-vvv` mode is not suited here, because it adds a useless ` ERR ` red prefix.
I do this through a tty when available, so that the output remains colored.
Ping @javiereguiluz @weaverryan since this is mostly a DX issue.

I think it would be more "sexy" to serve files from controller easier (like `json()` helper does).
**This Controller helper allows user to serve files to Response in these ways:**
* pass `Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\File` (or `Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\UploadedFile`) instance
* [REMOVED] provide content as `string` and specify file name (mime type will be auto recognized)
* provide path to file (you are still able to specify other than original file name)

When writing the `ControllerArgumentValueResolverPass`, I needed a sorting on `priority`. I ended up copying a method from another class. I noticed this was done more often and 99% of the code was the same. I've moved the most common notation into the trait and "used" the trait in the priority aware passes. This increases horizontal re-use and means people can also use this in their bundles.
The cases that were slightly different, are still working completely. I had to fix some tests because they returned an invalid value from the mocked find method.

For instance `debug:config StofDoctrineExtensionsBundle uploadable` gives:
I hesitated to just look for a `.` in the `name` argument rather than adding a `path` argument that doesn't include the bundle alias (that is took from the first argument of the command), let me know what you think about that.

Actually, running the FrameworkBundle tests suit leads to a failure that says:

_I've targetted 2.7 branch since this was introduced in the 2.6 version but the 2.6 isn't maintain anymore._
**TL;DR:** I found unused code in bad bundle exception when Symfony try to find the best bundle to fix the typo. Should we remove that code (and got a potential lower matching bundle name) or keep it and make it work?

I've noticed that a part of the code wasn't used when determining which bundle typo was written on _bad bundle exception_, from https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/11210.

In this snippet, the `$shortest` wasn't update in the `foreach`. Reading the code, I guess it was supposed to add an even better accuracy when multiple bundle matche the typo'd bundle name.
Which mean when an alternative is found, we have to assign the level `$lev` from that match to `$shortest`.

Let say you have these bundles: `FoooooBundle` and `FooBundle` and you request the bundle `FoodBundle`.
- Without `$shortest` updated, you'll got a suggestion with `FoooooBundle` (first matching bundle found)
- With `$shortest` upadted, you'll got a suggestion with `FooBundle` (because it has a better level than `FoooooBundle`)
This isn't a _bug fix_ since this is only supposed to help developper but not the final user.
**Question is**: should we keep that level comparison or just remove it?

We don't use cache in our tests but some of them are not in ``debug`` mode (will change soon) so the cache is automatically used.
This PR fixes this deprecation by detecting if the cache used by the serializer is psr6 compliant or not (if it is, then it replaces the default metadata factory by an instance of the new class ``CacheClassMetadataFactory``, otherwise the second parameter of the ``ClassMetadataFactory`` is used).

This is related to #18413:
Using two symfony application ProjectA and MicroServiceB, if ProjectA issues XHR to MicroServiceB and both have the WebProfilerBundle enabled, then Ajax requests will be monitored in ProjectA. But - at the moment - it will try to look for profiles under ProjectA domain whereas data are stored on MicroServiceB domain.
This PR fixes this issue

In other words, if the following part of `config_prod.yml` file is not uncommented, the filesystem will be used:

**This PR is a follow up for and blocked by: #18187**, relates to #11457 by @WouterJ. When reviewing, please take the last commit: [Added an ArgumentResolver with clean extension point](4c092b31f9)
This PR provides:
- The ability to tag your own `ArgumentValueResolverInterface`. This means that you can effectively expand on the argument resolving in the `HttpKernel` without having to implement your own `ArgumentResolver`.
- The possibility to cache away argument metadata via a new `ArgumentMetadataFactory` which simply fetches the data from the cache, effectively omitting 1 reflection call per request. *Not implemented in this PR, but possible once this is merged.*
- The possibility to add a PSR-7 adapter to resolve the correct request, avoids the paramconverters
- The possibility to add a value resolver to fetch stuff from $request->query
- Drupal could simplify [their argument resolving](https://github.com/drupal/drupal/blob/8.1.x/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Controller/ControllerResolver.php) by a lot
- etc.
The aim for this PR is to provide a 100% BC variant to add argument resolving in a clean way, this is shown by the 2 tests: `LegacyArgumentResolverTest` and `ArgumentResolverTest`.
/cc @dawehner @larowlan if you have time, can you check the impact for Drupal? I think this should be a very simple change which should make it more maintainable.

This PR allows to :
- track explicit forward from `\Symfony\Bundle\FrameWorkBundle\Controller\Controller` in the web debug toolbar.
- or pass a request attribute `_forwarded` with the current request attributes (an instance of `ParameterBag`) as value to your sub request before handling it.
- see if you've been redirected (require session enabled)
When redirected you will see the name of the route (if any) and a link to the profile of the original request.
In case of forwarding, the name of the controller is a file link and next to it there is a direct link to the profile of the sub request.
This works pretty well in __Silex__ too by registering `SessionServiceProvider()` for redirections or by providing this method for forwarding :

The `Symfony\Bundle\FrameworkBundle\Controller\Controller::forward()`
now passes request attributes to its sub request, so when the profiler
will profile the sub request it will add its token to its hold by
reference parent request attributes.
The profiler main profiler layout displays a shortcut to the forwarded
sub request profile which is actually responsible for returning the
present response.
The web debug toolbar shows a notifying icon, meaning a shortcut to a
forwarded profile is available in the toolbar request panel.

The profiler stores the current request attributes in a
current session when a `RedirectionResponse` is returned.
So the next request profile will inherit the previous request
attributes.
The main profiler layout displays a shortcut to a previous
redirection profile, along with some useful informations.

if a service is invokable and has the same name than its class name, the controller resolver of FrameworkBundle doesn't retrieve the service and tries to construct a new instance of the class instead.
This is a very rare edge case, but this fix is useful for dunglas/DunglasActionBundle#36: referencing auto-registered controllers following the ADR style in YAML and XML routing files will be more intuitive.
Currently: `defaults: { _controller: 'Your\Action\FQN:__invoke' }`, after this fix: `defaults: { _controller: 'Your\Action\FQN' }`.
This PR also fix a currently useless test.

There is a nice class in Symfony that is used to check whether a token is anonymously: `AuthenticationTrustResolver`. However, its logic was still hard coded in the `ContextListener`, making it impossible to customize it (e.g. using another anonymous token class). I think it makes lots of sense to use the dedicated class.

I'm not sure if this should be considered as a bug or a feature.
It allows to declare command services as private (the command alias is used). I don't see a good reason to force the user to declare his services as public as the limitation is more internal than in his own code.

Its currently a awkward to use Serializer component to send a `JsonResponse`.
I have tried two approaches
1. use `Serializer::normalize` and `JsonResponse`
1. use `Serializer::serialize` and a plain `Response`, and set the `content-type`
In either cases there is need for a custom `json` function so as not to repeat yourself and there are disadvantages.
1. In the first case you are only partly using `Serializer` and any custom `Encoder` would be skipped
1. In the second you are not making use of `JsonResponse`, particular disadvantage if you want to support JSONP.
This new `json` method uses the serializer component is enabled it is used to generate the json data, and falls back to normal `JsonResponse` when its not.

### Problem
If you define a route condition like this:
```yaml

condition: "request.server.get('HTTP_HOST') matches '/.*\.dev/'"
```
When browsing the Routing panel in the web profiler, you see an exception:

Because the route condition uses the `request` object, but the special `TraceableUrlMatcher` class doesn't get access to the real `request` object but to the special object obtained via:
```php
$request = $profile->getCollector('request');
```
These are the contents of this pseudo-request:
`request.server.get(...)` condition fails because `request.server` is `null`. The full exception message shows this:

I propose to catch all exceptions in `TraceableUrlMatcher` and display an error message with some details of the exception:

It could be helpful to output the best guesses for bundle names and container extension aliases when one could not be found by the exact query.
Perhaps, I could regroup the logic so that it only looks through bundle names if the `Bundle` suffix is present, but I guess this might narrow the use case scope here.

Fixing several problems with choice placeholder that enhances #9030 for more edge cases:
- A choice with an empty value manually added in the choices array should only be considered a placeholder when it is the first element in the final choice select.
This is part of the HTML spec and how browsers also behave. If you select a choice with an empty value that is not the first option, it will still pass the "required" check
and thus submit the empty value. So it's not a placeholder.
If in the example below you move the empty option to the first place, the browsers will error on submit that you
must select a value. So only then it is a placeholder to show as initial value.

Also the validator https://validator.w3.org/nu/ will mark the above code as error:
> The first child option element of a select element with a required attribute, and without a multiple attribute, and without a size attribute whose value is greater than 1, must have either an empty value attribute, or must have no text content. Consider either adding a placeholder option label, or adding a size attribute with a value equal to the number of option elements.
This is fixed by replacing`0 !== count($choiceList->getChoicesForValues(array('')))` with `$view->vars['placeholder_in_choices'] = $choiceListView->hasPlaceholder()`.
Which means, the required attribute is removed automatically because the select form element is required implicitly anyway due to the nature of the choice UI.
- As the above quote mentions, the `size` attribute also has impact. Namely for a select with size > 1 it can be possible to have a required attribute even without placeholder.
This is because when the size > 1, there is no default choice selected (similar to select with "multiple").
- A placeholder for required radio buttons or a select with size > 1 does not make sense as it would just be fake data that can be submitted (similar to the ignored placeholder for multi-select and checkboxes).

The positioning of a profiler info block (open to the left or right) is [calculated using Javascript](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Bundle/WebProfilerBundle/Resources/views/Profiler/toolbar_js.html.twig#L35). Since Symfony 2.8, the config/version panel is right-aligned and opens to the left. If another panel is added to the right of it, the panel cannot open correctly.
Styles are unset in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Bundle/WebProfilerBundle/Resources/views/Profiler/toolbar_js.html.twig#L46-L47 but that means it is set back to the stylesheet settings, which results in `right:0, left:0` on the element.
Manual testing is fairly easy: Just add a CSS class `sf-toolbar-block-right` on one or multiple panels (e.g. Doctrine) that result in the Config panel to have enough room to open to the right.
Here's a screenshot of the problem:
The other option would be to set the position in javascript to `right: auto` instead of unsetting, but I prefer to fix invalid CSS ;-)

Currently, when you do not want to have a section in the web profiler,
you would have to explicitly pass `false` as value for the `link`
variable. With this change you can omit it when including the toolbar
item template.

This puts back the default behavior of Symfony 2.8 where the Asset
component features were implicitly configured with sensible default
values when no explicit configuration was present but the templating
section was enabled.

Reopened against `2.7` instead of #17490
This makes the behaviour of config commands a bit more user-friendly. Scanning through an ordered list should be a lot easier for the user, especially if she knows what's the exact bundle they're looking for. The sort is applied to the bundle name, as the extension alias might not always be present.

I guess the deprecation was on the wrong service.
Also, no deprecation notice was triggered about using `"apc"` as the value of the `framework.validation.cache` configuration option. This PR adds the missing deprecation.

This PR is a follow up of #14972, we deprecated and removed the AssetsHelper in 2.7/3.0 doing impossible to use the Asset component and the PHP templates together, I've submitted this PR to be merged in 3.0 because IMO this is a bug fix, but we documented the deprecation and removal of the helper, what we should do here? (https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/3.0/UPGRADE-3.0.md#frameworkbundle and https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.8/UPGRADE-2.7.md#frameworkbundle)
