Following the cache warmer for annotations PR (https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/18533), this PR introduces a cache warmer for YAML and XML Validator configuration.
Based on the PhpArrayAdapter, it uses the naming conventions (`Resources/config/validation`) to find the files and compile them into a single PHP file stored in the cache directory. This file uses shared memory on PHP 7.
The benefit of this PR are the same than the ones of the annotations PR:
- validation configuration can be warmed up offline
- on PHP 7, there is no need for user extension to get maximum performances (ie. if you use this PR and the other one, you probably won't need to enable APCu to have great performances)
- on PHP 7 again, we are not sensitive to APCu memory fragmentation
- last but not least, global performance is slightly better (I get 30us per class gain in Blackfire)
This PR also deprecates the framework.validator.cache key in favor of the cache pool introduced in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/18544.

Following the cache warmer for annotations (#18533) and for the validator (#19485), this PR introduces a cache warmer for the Serializer YAML and XML metadata configuration (mainly groups).
Based on the PhpArrayAdapter, it uses the naming conventions (Resources/config/serialization) to find the files and compile them into a single PHP file stored in the cache directory. This file uses shared memory on PHP 7.
The benefit of this PR are the same than the ones of the previous PR:
- serialization metadata cache can be warmed up offline
- on PHP 7, there is no need for user extension to get maximum performances (ie. if you use this PR and the other one, you probably won't need to enable APCu to have great performances)
- on PHP 7 again, we are not sensitive to APCu memory fragmentation
last but not least, global performance is slightly better (I get 30us per class gain in Blackfire)
As previous work on the Serializer cache system introduced issues (see 96e418a14f), it would be interesting to pay careful attention to the backward compatibility during the review (ping @Ener-Getick).

When writing the `ControllerArgumentValueResolverPass`, I needed a sorting on `priority`. I ended up copying a method from another class. I noticed this was done more often and 99% of the code was the same. I've moved the most common notation into the trait and "used" the trait in the priority aware passes. This increases horizontal re-use and means people can also use this in their bundles.
The cases that were slightly different, are still working completely. I had to fix some tests because they returned an invalid value from the mocked find method.

I guess the deprecation was on the wrong service.
Also, no deprecation notice was triggered about using `"apc"` as the value of the `framework.validation.cache` configuration option. This PR adds the missing deprecation.

f84a92a [FrameworkBundle] PropertyInfo support
When a form type provides a BC layer with old form names (all core types
do), the form registry will ask for type extensions registered on the
legacy name for BC, and trigger a warning if it finds any.
The DependencyInjectionExtension should not trigger warnings on its own
when being asked for such extensions (especially when it has none
registered).
Core extensions are also registered using the proper extended type
rather than legacy names.

#### Type Names
This PR deprecates the definition of the `getName()` method of form types. See #15008 for a more detailed description.
Before:
```php
class MyType extends AbstractType

}
```
You should always reference other types by their fully-qualified class names. Thanks to PHP 5.5, that's easy:
Before:

```
After:
```php
$form = $this->createFormBuilder()
->add('name', TextType::class)
->add('age', IntegerType::class)
->getForm();
```
#### Type Instances
Furthermore, passing of type instances is deprecated.
Before:

$form = $this->createForm(new AuthorType());
```
After:
```php
$form = $this->createForm(AuthorType::class);
```
#### DIC Aliases
When registering a type in the DIC, you should omit the "alias" attribute now.
Before:

<service id="my.type" class="Vendor\Type\MyType">
<tag name="form.type" alias="mytype" />
<argument type="service" id="some.service.id" />
</service>
```
After:
```xml
<service id="my.type" class="Vendor\Type\MyType">

Types without dependencies don't need to be registered in the DIC as they can be instantiated right away.
#### Template Block Prefixes
By default, the class name of the type in underscore notation minus "Type" suffix is used as Twig template block prefix (e.g. `UserProfileType` => `user_profile_*`). If you want to customize that, overwrite the new `getBlockPrefix()` method in your type:
