d339e74bc5 [ClassLoader] Add ability to incrementally register fallbacks. 
This is useful in the cases where you might be adding forward compat
classes to several components.

80c2944c6e [ClassLoader] removed ClassLoaderInterface 
As the autoloader cannot autoload the interface, it makes things more complicated
for a very small benefit.
