I'm new to symfony, so I'm not sure where are all the places where it makes sense to actually catch the throwable and where not. I added most places that seemed logical and when I wasn't sure, I added it anyway. I'm hoping you guys (and girls?) can point out the places where the catch should not be added, I'll fix it and then I can create several PR's for the older branches. A lot of this IMHO should go also to 3.0.

This is the PR improving the auto wiring error messages.
Two errors messages have augmented:
If a type-hint does not match any existing type and a service for this type cannot be automatically created, the error message now says so, instead of simply saying the type cannot be autowired.
If a type-hint matches multiple services and none of them provides an autowiringType for it, the error message now says so and list the candidate services, instead of simply saying the type cannot be autowired.

Previous implementation passed over every alias and every definition, for every
alias (n*(n+m) runtime). New implementation passes once over all aliases and
once over all definitions (n+m).
Also removing needless "restart" logic --- it has no real effect in either case.

Compiler passes are very powerfull, but also quite strange to work with. Especially when you just need a very simple compiler pass (like https://github.com/symfony-cmf/RoutingBundle/blob/master/DependencyInjection/Compiler/SetRouterPass.php). For 3 lines of code, you need to tweak your bundle class and create a new class.
When using the DI component standalone, compiler passes are even harder to work with, as DI extensions can't register them. I believe that's why libraries like Behat make their extensions compiler passes by default.
I think it would be very easy to just implement an interface and have a `compile` method for the simple compiler pass stuff. If a bundle needs multiple compiler passes or need compiler passes to be executed at other times in the compile process, a bundle can use the normal compiler passes. But if it's just one simple thing, like replacing a definition or getting services with a specific tag, I think this method will be very usefull.

If `router.request_context.host` is defined in `parameters.yml` and if this
key is used in `globals` section of twig bundle then the value registered in the
DIC/parameters is the default value (`localhost`).
It occurs because generall the framework bundle is defined before the twig
bundle. So after the first loop, the (user) value registered in the
`ContainerBuilder` is overridden by the default value of the framework bundle.
And so, when it comes the time to process twig bundle, the last one gets the
default value, and not the user value.
This patch force the merge of default value, but give an highest precedence of
user parameters for each extensions.
