Before:

You should maybe alias this interface to one of these existing services: "App\Decorator1", "App\Decorator2", "App\Original". Did you create a class that implements this interface?

The other commands have their descriptions written using the 3rd person singular form ([he/she] prunes) as opposed to the imperative form (prune). `cache:pool:prune` doesn't. This PR fixes that.
Admittedly, it is a tiny and rather unimportant change, but I just noticed it and thought it should be fixed.

PHPDBG is a CLI PHP debugger which could be useful for debugging in development or for running PHPUnit tests with code coverage faster compared to XDebug.
It has CLI characteristics, but it runs as a different SAPI.

This fixes the import of resources specified using glob patterns in `XmlFileLoader` and `YamlFileLoader`.
@nicolas-grekas This supersedes #25633 that's been in limbo since December despite your comments, so I decided to take care of it as I need this to work. I took care of the two loaders that are affected, and added tests.

This might be the smallest commit ever, but I came across this docblock which seems to be incorrectly copied from 7101893b51/src/Symfony/Component/Console/Descriptor/Descriptor.php (L74) and it threw me off guard for a moment when I read it.
I can see more improvements being made (like mentioning the `InvalidArgumentException`) but I didn't want to overdo it.
