As it is a very common dependency. Currently it gives:

Following the cache warmer for annotations PR (https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/18533), this PR introduces a cache warmer for YAML and XML Validator configuration.
Based on the PhpArrayAdapter, it uses the naming conventions (`Resources/config/validation`) to find the files and compile them into a single PHP file stored in the cache directory. This file uses shared memory on PHP 7.
The benefit of this PR are the same than the ones of the annotations PR:
- validation configuration can be warmed up offline
- on PHP 7, there is no need for user extension to get maximum performances (ie. if you use this PR and the other one, you probably won't need to enable APCu to have great performances)
- on PHP 7 again, we are not sensitive to APCu memory fragmentation
- last but not least, global performance is slightly better (I get 30us per class gain in Blackfire)
This PR also deprecates the framework.validator.cache key in favor of the cache pool introduced in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/18544.

I think it would be more "sexy" to serve files from controller easier (like `json()` helper does).
**This Controller helper allows user to serve files to Response in these ways:**
* pass `Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\File` (or `Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\UploadedFile`) instance
* [REMOVED] provide content as `string` and specify file name (mime type will be auto recognized)
* provide path to file (you are still able to specify other than original file name)

When writing the `ControllerArgumentValueResolverPass`, I needed a sorting on `priority`. I ended up copying a method from another class. I noticed this was done more often and 99% of the code was the same. I've moved the most common notation into the trait and "used" the trait in the priority aware passes. This increases horizontal re-use and means people can also use this in their bundles.
The cases that were slightly different, are still working completely. I had to fix some tests because they returned an invalid value from the mocked find method.

This adds the ability to dump a specific bundle config option from the `debug:config` command.
For instance `debug:config StofDoctrineExtensionsBundle uploadable` gives:
I hesitated to just look for a `.` in the `name` argument rather than adding a `path` argument that doesn't include the bundle alias (that is took from the first argument of the command), let me know what you think about that.

if a service is invokable and has the same name than its class name, the controller resolver of FrameworkBundle doesn't retrieve the service and tries to construct a new instance of the class instead.
This is a very rare edge case, but this fix is useful for dunglas/DunglasActionBundle#36: referencing auto-registered controllers following the ADR style in YAML and XML routing files will be more intuitive.
Currently: `defaults: { _controller: 'Your\Action\FQN:__invoke' }`, after this fix: `defaults: { _controller: 'Your\Action\FQN' }`.
This PR also fix a currently useless test.

I'm not sure if this should be considered as a bug or a feature.
It allows to declare command services as private (the command alias is used). I don't see a good reason to force the user to declare his services as public as the limitation is more internal than in his own code.

Its currently a awkward to use Serializer component to send a `JsonResponse`.
I have tried two approaches
1. use `Serializer::normalize` and `JsonResponse`
1. use `Serializer::serialize` and a plain `Response`, and set the `content-type`
In either cases there is need for a custom `json` function so as not to repeat yourself and there are disadvantages.
1. In the first case you are only partly using `Serializer` and any custom `Encoder` would be skipped
1. In the second you are not making use of `JsonResponse`, particular disadvantage if you want to support JSONP.
This new `json` method uses the serializer component is enabled it is used to generate the json data, and falls back to normal `JsonResponse` when its not.
