- [Serializer] Refactor code to allow setting <?xml standalone ?>
This commit refactors the createDomDocument(..) method in XmlEncoder
so
it can set the 'version', 'encoding' and 'standalone' attributes on
the
DOM document.
Code coverage of new code: 100%. Tests: pass.
