@dunglas : I'm not sure about the exposing the `key_type` option as a constant in `ArrayDenormalizer`/`AbstractObjectNormalizer`, as it looks more or less like a detail of the AbstractObjectNormalizer implementation, but anyway it should be in 3.2 if we add it, so I haven't included it here.
However, I wonder if this option shouldn't directly accept a string too, rather than just a `Symfony\Component\PropertyInfo\Type` instance if we want to consider this option "public"?

I've introduced this method by error in #17113. It has been forgotten during a refactoring. It has always been unused, is not covered by our test suite and has never been documented.
Technically it's a BC break (because this is a protected method), but I think that it's better to remove it has it has never be intended to be used, it's just a miss. An alternative is to deprecate it and remove it in v4.

Following the cache warmer for annotations (#18533) and for the validator (#19485), this PR introduces a cache warmer for the Serializer YAML and XML metadata configuration (mainly groups).
Based on the PhpArrayAdapter, it uses the naming conventions (Resources/config/serialization) to find the files and compile them into a single PHP file stored in the cache directory. This file uses shared memory on PHP 7.
The benefit of this PR are the same than the ones of the previous PR:
- serialization metadata cache can be warmed up offline
- on PHP 7, there is no need for user extension to get maximum performances (ie. if you use this PR and the other one, you probably won't need to enable APCu to have great performances)
- on PHP 7 again, we are not sensitive to APCu memory fragmentation
last but not least, global performance is slightly better (I get 30us per class gain in Blackfire)
As previous work on the Serializer cache system introduced issues (see 96e418a14f), it would be interesting to pay careful attention to the backward compatibility during the review (ping @Ener-Getick).

Integrates the PropertyInfo Component in order to:
* denormalize a graph of objects recursively (see tests)
* harden the hydratation logic
The hardening part is interesting. Considering the following example:

Previously, a PHP error was thrown because the type passed to the setter (an int) doesn't match the one checked with the typehint. With the PropertyInfo integration, an `UnexpectedValueExcption` is throw instead.
It's especially interesting for web APIs dealing with JSON documents. For instance in API Platform, previously a 500 error was thrown, but thanks to this fix a 400 HTTP code with a descriptive error message will be returned. (/cc @csarrazi @mRoca @blazarecki, it's an alternative to https://github.com/dunglas/php-to-json-schema for protecting an API).

It's impossible to normalize an object implementing ``\Traversable`` when using the ``XMLEncoder``. For example we can't customize the serializer output when serializing a ``FormInterface`` instance.
So my proposition is to fix this by using the default XML encoder output only when the serializer can't normalize the data.

A new normalizer to transform `\SplFileInfo`, `\SplFileObject` and `\Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\File\File` to [`data:` URI](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_URI_scheme) and the opposite.
It's convenient when dealing with the JavaScript `FileReader` API.

This PR add support for dates and times to the Normalizer component. It supports all date and time formats supported by PHP. Dates and times are normalized in the RFC 3339 format by default. The output format can be customized using the `$context` parameter. The default format can be changed using a constructor parameter.

The serializer cache the normalizer/denormalizer to use based only on the class and format. But the supportsNormalization and supportDenormalization methods can decide based on the data passed leading to hard to find bugs when the serializer used a cached normalizer it shouldn't use.

As suggested by @xabbuh, move all the normalization logic for objects in an abstract class.
It will ease the maintenance as well as adding new features such as #17113 and #16143.
I've introduced a new abstract class to avoid BC breaks in `AbstractNormalizer`. As a (good) side effect, all normalizers now benefits from the caching system introduced in #16547.

Currently, the logic for serializing `array` and scalars is hardcoded in the serializer. This is not possible to have a custom serializer normalizing collections. This a big limitation, for instance it's not possible to create an normalizer creating [Hydra collections](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#h-collections) for a PHP array.
This PR fix that.

This PR adds support for custom property naming strategies to the serializer and provides a built-in NameConverter using this new system: (CamelCase to underscore).
It handles normalization and denormalization (convert `fooBar` to `foo_bar` when serializing, then from `foo_bar` to `fooBar` when deserializing). It also has a flag to convert only some attributes.
The `setCamelizedAttributes()` is deprecated in favor of this new method (more flexible, allows to rename all attributes of a class and support deserialization) and now uses it internally.

This PR adds handling of circular references in the `Serializer` component.
The number of allowed iterations is configurable (one by default).
The behavior when a circular reference is detected is configurable. By default an exception is thrown. Instead of throwing an exception, it's possible to register a custom handler (e.g.: a Doctrine Handler returning the object ID).
Usage:

This PR adds a new Normalizer for the Serializer component: **`PropertyNormalizer`**.
Currently the only normalizer is `GetSetMethodNormalizer`, which calls getters and setters. This new serializer uses the properties values directly.
This is especially useful if you write a webservice and take/return very simple DTO (Data Transfer Objects) which role is only to act like a "named" `stdClass`. Every property is public (the class doesn't contain any logic), and mapping that to an array is pretty easy.
This normalizer takes into account public, but also *private* and *protected* properties.
FYI I've based most of the code of `GetSetMethodNormalizer`.

Using ``is`` prefix for boolean variables is considered a standard, not only in PHP but also in Java (from which Symfony2 derives lot standards).
I was not sure if this is BCB but answered "no". Was not sure if I should update ``CHANGELOG`` file and did so, but if you find it irrelevant, go ahead and merge without it. I don't know if I should create a PR for docs because it does not explicitly say that the normalizer supports only ``get.*`` methods as getters.
_Note: Objects that contain behaviour also can use other prefixes like ``can``, ``has``, ``should``, but their presence in ``GetSetMethodNormalizer`` is relevant as they do not provide state (``has`` is debatable)._

In almost all classes symfony uses property initialization when the value is static. Constructor initialization is only used for things that actually have logic, like passed parameters or dynamic values. IMHO it makes the code much more readable because property definition, phpdoc and default value is in one place. Also one can easily see what the constructor implements for logic like overridden default value of a parent class. Otherwise the real deal is just hidden behind 10 property initializations. One more advantage is that it requires less code. As you can see, the code was almost cut in half (210 additions and 395 deletions).
I unified it accordingly across symfony. Sometimes it was [not even consistent within one class](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/Config/Definition/BaseNode.php#L32). At the same time I recognized some errors like missing parent constructor call, or undefined properties or private properties that are not even used.
I then realized that a few Kernel tests were not passing because they were deeply implementation specific like modifying booted flag with a custom `KernelForTest->setIsBooted();`. I improved and refactored the kernel tests in the __second commit__.
__Third commit__ unifies short ternary operator, e.g. `$foo ?: new Foo()`. __Forth commit__ unifies missing parentheses, e.g. `new Foo()`.

This PR adds consistence to components which already have their own exception interface.
DependencyInjection, Serializer and Yaml now only throw their own scoped exceptions.
For other components, it's much more work and could introduce some bugs. It would be better to do it in Symfony 2.2.

This PR:
* configures each component to use composer to manage "dev" dependencies instead of env variables;
* adds phpunit configuration file on Filesystem component;
* fixes READMEs.
It's mergeable without any problems, but I would recommend to wait a fix in Composer in order to use `self.version` in `require`/`require-dev` sections.
Note: I kept `suggest` sections because it makes sense but this PR doesn't aim to provide useful explanations for each entry. It could be another PR, not that one.

@fabpot I reviewed each component, one by one. Now `phpunit` always works, even if tests are skipped. A simple `composer install --dev` allows to run the complete test suite. Each commit is well separated from the others. I guess, everything is ok now.

Add branch-alias for composer
This should restore the 2.1-dev version (as an alias of dev-master) so that `2.*` or `2.1.*` constraints work again. I'll adjust packagist soon to also display those aliases.
