In the service container, factories can be defined with a class/method pair or a service/method pair.
The class or service value can be a container parameter, but it was not supported everywhere, this PR fixes that.
Note that the method can never be a container parameter as this is supported nowhere in the current code, so this has not been changed.

## Explanation for the PR:
While editing a web application, I was changing a LOT of translation files. The debug:translation command helps a lot, but it is hard to find out in which domain the missing/unused translations are located. By adding an extra column with the name of the domain, I get more information about the translations in the table.

PHPUnit Bridge
==============
Provides utilities for PHPUnit, especially user deprecation notices management.
It comes with the following features:
* disable the garbage collector;
* auto-register `class_exists` to load Doctrine annotations;
* print a user deprecation notices summary at the end of the test suite.
Handling user deprecation notices is sensitive to the SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER
environment variable. This env var configures 3 behaviors depending on its value:
* when set to `strict`, all but legacy-tagged deprecation notices will make tests
fail. This is the recommended mode for best forward compatibility.
* `weak` on the contrary will make tests ignore all deprecation notices.
This is the recommended mode for legacy projects that must use deprecated
interfaces for backward compatibility reasons.
* any other value will respect the current error reporting level.
All three modes will display a summary of deprecation notices at the end of the
test suite, split in two groups:
* **Legacy** deprecation notices denote tests that explicitly test some legacy
interfaces. In all 3 modes, deprecation notices triggered in a legacy-tagged
test do never make a test fail. There are four ways to mark a test as legacy:
- make its class start with the `Legacy` prefix;
- make its method start with `testLegacy`;
- make its data provider start with `provideLegacy` or `getLegacy`;
- add the `@group legacy` annotation to its class or method.
* **Remaining/Other** deprecation notices are all other (non-legacy)
notices, grouped by message, test class and method.
Usage
-----
Add this bridge to the `require-dev` section of your composer.json file
(not in `require`) with e.g.
`composer require --dev "symfony/phpunit-bridge"`.
When running `phpunit`, you will see a summary of deprecation notices at the end
of the test suite.
Deprecation notices in the **Remaining/Other** section need some thought.
You have to decide either to:
* update your code to not use deprecated interfaces anymore, thus gaining better
forward compatibility;
* or move them to the **Legacy** section (by using one of the above way).
After reviewing them, you should silence deprecations in the **Legacy** section
if you think they are triggered by tests dedicated to testing deprecated
interfaces. To do so, add the following line at the beginning of your legacy
test case or in the `setUp()` method of your legacy test class:
`$this->iniSet('error_reporting', -1 & ~E_USER_DEPRECATED);`
Last but not least, you should then configure your C.I. to the reporting mode
that is appropriated to your project by setting SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER to

Currently, the logic for serializing `array` and scalars is hardcoded in the serializer. This is not possible to have a custom serializer normalizing collections. This a big limitation, for instance it's not possible to create an normalizer creating [Hydra collections](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#h-collections) for a PHP array.
This PR fix that.

The context listeners are specific to a particular firewall, and as such, should not be applied if the current request doesn't match that context listener. To avoid this, the context listener can remove itself from the dispatcher as it is called.
This comes in to affect when two or more firewalls are setup and using the same kernel for multiple requests. Assuming there are two firewalls 'site' and 'admin'
- Request comes in matching 'site' firewall, 'site' ContextListener adds it's onKernelResponse method to the dispatcher
- Succesful auth for 'site'
- ContextListener writes token to session
- Request comes in matching 'admin' firewall, 'admin' ContextListener can't find anything in the session, so nulls the token in the security context
- 'site' ContextListener listens for response, can't find a token in the security context so removes the 'site' token from the session

Ignore case in host which means:
- When generating URLs we leave the case in the host as specified.
- When matching we always return lower-cased versions of parameters (because of https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.7/src/Symfony/Component/Routing/RequestContext.php#L190 ) in the host. This is also what browers do. They lowercase the host before sending the request, i.e. WWW.eXample.org is sent as www.example.org. But when using curl for example it sends the host as-is. So the HttpFoundation Request class can actually have a non-lowercased host because it doesn't have this normalization.

The test AbstractProcessTest::testStartAfterATimeout() is pretty useless, due to two reasons:
1. Any exception is caught
This means even the exception thrown with
<code>$this->fail('A RuntimeException should have been raised.');</code>
is caught, making the test pretty useless.
2. Invalid PHP code gets executed
The command that is executed in the tests actually is:
<code># php -r "$n = 1000; while ($n--) {echo ''; usleep(1000); }"</code>
.
This does not wait ~1s, but produces the following error:

This PR adds support for custom property naming strategies to the serializer and provides a built-in NameConverter using this new system: (CamelCase to underscore).
It handles normalization and denormalization (convert `fooBar` to `foo_bar` when serializing, then from `foo_bar` to `fooBar` when deserializing). It also has a flag to convert only some attributes.
The `setCamelizedAttributes()` is deprecated in favor of this new method (more flexible, allows to rename all attributes of a class and support deserialization) and now uses it internally.

Small css issue:
When you use `dump()` after some html has been already echoed (this can be common in non-Symfony app) and you have elements with e.g. `position: absolute` you can end up watching logos and menus instead of vardumper's output:
`position: relative` and `z-index` help a lot and i don't see any disadvantages in having these styles by default
