Please take a look at the tests I added - they describe the issue. It has to do with the priorities: `findAdderAndRemover('User', 'email')` is called earlier than `$this->isMethodAccessible('User', 'setEmail', 1)`

Some attributes being used in the phpunit configuration files, namely
failOnRisky and failOnWarning were introduced in phpunit 5.2.0. The
Composer configuration shows that tests should run with old versions of
phpunit, but phpunit only validates the configuration against the XSD
since phpunit 7.2.0.
These changes can be tested as follows:

Fixes TypeError silencing in `setValue()` when said error is thrown inside setter/adder/etc.
An example is given in the included test, but more real-life story is botched accessors for a many-to-one association on a Doctrine entity:

No error is shown to the user, even though removing doesn't work.

Prevent throwing a NoSuchPropertyException with a somewhat misleading message "Neither the property "X" nor one of the methods "addX()"/"removeX()", "setX()", "x()", "__set()" or "__call()" exist and have public access in class when the access cannot be determined, for instance if the doctrine schema is not up to date.

When you try do define a manyToMany association but you don't give an array or \Traversable, the raised exception say that some methods are missing while they don't. This PR check if the adder and setter methods exists and if so, give a exception that pointing on the real problem.

Actually, the recommended way to use the PropertyAccessor is to use `PropertyAccess::createPropertyAccessor`.
The problem is that using this way, we can't specify that invalid indexes should throw an exception, and so when calling `PropertyAccessor::isReadable([], '[foo]')` it returns always true.
It should be possible to make the exception thrown, plus the `PropertyAccessor::$throwExceptionOnInvalidIndex` already exists but is not used in `PropertyAccess::createPropertyAccessor`.
