a4551f9 Added feedback about the current symfony version
The fix for IE8 which does not have the addEventListener method on
XMLHttpRequest broke the feature for modern browsers because it was
checking the existence on the wrong object. It is a method on the
instance, not on the "class", and so should be checked on the prototype.

- fix the feature detection for the event binding on DOM elements:
- the attachEvent and addEventListener methods are on DOM elements, not on the document object
- the standard method should be preferred in IE versions supporting both methods
- avoid JS errors when XMLHttpRequest is not defined by avoiding to override its open method when the object is not there (old IE versions will still not intercept ajax calls though)

I changed a bit the order of profiles, IMO the dump goes closer to request data. Then I tweaked a bit the toolbar to show more icons even on smaller screen. I tested everything with Chrome and IE9 and it seems to work smoothly.

With this PR HTTP status codes are provided in the search results to simplify identification of particular requests.
For the schema-less storage implementations (memcache(d), redis, mongodb) and the default file storage, it should work without purging existing profiles. But the code could be simplified, if it is an option to expect old profiles to be purged. For database driven storages (mysql, sqlite), the `sf_profiler_data` table must be dropped anyway (if the table isn't altered manually by adding the `status_code` column). Thus the changes are not fully BC.

2.6 added support for using `__invoke` on controllers, but the profiler toolbar still expects a method name, leading to:
This PR changes it to only include the method section/double dots if the method name is included (and the `link` is moved to the class name).

There is an issue when the request url contains many parameters (eg. filter form values) - the url overflows the container.
My proposed solution would be to use ellipsis on it, and on mouseover display the complete url.
Tested it on IE9, Chromium 37 and Firefox 32.
