Writing tests for Form related features in the Doctrine and Twig bridges
as well as the FrameworkBundle is a pain as soon as these tests are run
with more recent versions of the Form component. This is due to the fact
that our tests in the bridges and bundle extend test cases from the
component. The tests in the component are expanded with every feature
that gets added there. However, these new features are not present in
the other packages in older version and we thus need to be able to skip
them somehow.

As the PhpUnit 8 Testcase has different return types as PhpUnit 7 there need to be 2 different classes to support both PhpUnit 8 and PhpUnit 7. With a class alias we can then change which version is used based on the PhpUnit Version constant. The fix is a little bit hacky but to support different major versions I see no other way.
Not sure as we can't upgrade symfony/symfony to PhpUnit 8 how we can create a TestCase for this change.

According to issue https://github.com/symfony/symfony-docs/pull/10442, we tested in a demo bundle, for example in src/AppBundle/Resources/config/config.yml a package using hyphens: app-client-frontend, and withouth the patch it fails because the package is not recognized. With the patch, it works as expected.

There is a bug when many transitions are defined with the same name.
I finished destillat's work and rebase against 3.4 as it's a bug fix.
There another point of failure, but it could not be fixed on 3.4. I will
be a need feature. The issue is related to `Workflow::can($subject, $transitionName)`.
Since the transitionName could be not unique, we will need to support
passing an instance of Transition. A new PR is incomming

385d9df29c invalidate forms on transformation failures
Some attributes being used in the phpunit configuration files, namely
failOnRisky and failOnWarning were introduced in phpunit 5.2.0. The
Composer configuration shows that tests should run with old versions of
phpunit, but phpunit only validates the configuration against the XSD
since phpunit 7.2.0.
These changes can be tested as follows:

Symfony 3.4 emits deprecation warnings for `TranslationLoader` and `WriteCheckSessionHandler` as soon as these classes are loaded, yet at the same time these classes are part of the default services defined in Symfony 3.4, so if these classes are loaded during container compilation a deprecation warning is emitted, even if these classes are never actually used.
An example would be the following within a compiler pass:

This will load both `TranslationLoader` and `WriteCheckSessionHandler` in order to check their definition. No instance of the classes are ever used and the classes are not loaded after compilation ever, yet the deprecation notices are shown on every single page. More details are provided in issue #25518 .
By moving the deprecation notices to the class constructors false-positives are avoided while actual usage of the classes should still generate the deprecation warnings.

While adding https://github.com/elifesciences/journal/pull/990 I was a bit confused why the `preload()` Twig function didn't work initially. Turns out the WebLink component is disabled by default if using the full stack, but the Twig extension is always enabled.
This only adds the Twig extension if the component is enabled, and shows a friendly error message if it's not.

This is a proof-of-concept. Once we agree / are happy, I need to add this to all of the other authentication mechanisms that recently got the session migration code & add tests.
Basically, this avoids migrating the session if the firewall is stateless. There were 2 options to do this:
A) Make the `SessionAuthenticationStrategy` aware of all stateless firewalls. **This is the current approach**
or
B) Make each individual authentication listener aware whether or not *its* firewall is stateless.

Propagate current debug mode to the annotations reader. Without thi, warmup is useless with debug mode, because timetsamps are not written to cache.

The compilation pass of AddAnnotationsCachedReaderPass relies on already removed definition `annotations.cached_reader` due to an alias to `annotation_reader`.
Since the definition is being removed because of alias, configured annotation cache provider is not injected and will default back to ArrayCache.
This PR replaces the use of `annotations.cached_reader` to `annotation_reader` to complete the injection of configured cache provider.

The only extension that is really needed to display the current exception page is the `CodeExtension` so we could only prepend this one. However, prepending all of them seems safer to me in the long term.
Also I deeply looked into why this problem only appeared in 3.4 and found the reason. Before 3.4 it actually never reaches the `ExceptionController` for this kind of error because it cannot be resolved because it needs a twig instance in its constructor. This instance is directly taken from the container. Before 3.4 when an exception is thrown when you try to get a service from the container, the instance stored in the `$services` array is unset which is not the case in further versions. So in 3.4+, the `ExceptionController` can be resolved because the instance of twig is still in the container even after the initial exception.
It also means these kind of exceptions are displayed with bugs on all versions before 3.4 I guess. Actually it shows the message 2 times : one for the initial exception and the other one when it tries to resolve the `ExceptionController`.
Maybe another solution might be to use a dedicated twig instance with the right settings just for the exception page ?
