Previously, `$input` wasn't very usefull in the `console.command` event, as the input was not yet bound to the command definition.
With this PR, the input is now bound twice: Once before the event is dispatched (to make it usefull in the listeners) and once at the original location in `Command#run()` (to allow changing the input definition in an event listener).

This was harder than I thought. To sum up:
* The output now follows the [docopt](http://docopt.org/) specification
* There is a new `addUsage` method to add more usage patterns
* The handling of spaces in the descriptors is refactored to make it easier to understand and to make it render better (using sprintf's features only made it worse imo)

It also fixes the test since f2b60e9 and improves phpdoc
The second commit improves regex performance to validate name (using possesive quantifier).
I did some basic performance tests http://3v4l.org/PuvuL
The new regex only takes 1/3 of the time compared to the old one!

[Console] application/command as text/xml/whatever decoupling
This PR removes description generation from `Command`, `Application` and `InputDefinition` classes and delegate it to specialized descriptor classes, making it dead simple to add new output formats.
**Maybe this could include other commands, like `router:debug` or `container:debug` (see #5740)?**

* The command names have now full support for nested namespaces. It means
that abbreviations work for each sub-namespace:
./app/console doctrine:mapping:info
# worked before
./app/console doctrine:map:in

* Aliases are now first class citizen. They can have their own namespace,
like the main name. So, now, there is no difference between an alias and a
name.
* As names and aliases can be namespaced, the Command::getFullName() and
Command::getNamespace() method have been removed.
To keep language consistent, three methods were changed in InputOption:
* `InputOption::acceptParameter()` -> `InputOption::acceptValue()`
* `InputOption::isParameterRequired()` -> InputOption::isValueRequired()`

relation, and so the naming convention does not apply.
For many relations where the convention does not apply, the following methods
must be used instead (where XXX is the name of the related thing):
