## Summary:
The ``DiffOperation`` class has been deprecated and ``TargetOperation``
should be used instead, because ``DiffOperation`` has nothing to do
with 'diff', thus its class name is misleading.
Also added detailed documents for all operation interface and classes.
## Background:
The following names should have consistent meanings for all operations:
The name of ``intersection`` is temporarily introduced here to explain this issue.

* [x] ``all`` = **result of the operation, depends on the operation.**
* [x] ``new`` = all ∖ source = {x: x ∈ all ∧ x ∉ source}

The following analysis explains why ``DiffOperation`` should be deprecated.
## Logic of ``MergeOperation``:

This absolutely makes sense.
## Logic of ``DiffOperation``:

The ``all`` part is confusing because 'diff' should either mean 'relative complement' or 'symmetric difference' operation:

### Symmetric Difference:
* ``all`` = (source ∖ target) ∪ (target ∖ source) = {x: x ∈ source ∧ x ∉ target ∨ x ∈ target ∧ x ∉ source}
### Current Logic has Nothing to do with "Diff":
* ``all`` = intersection ∪ (target ∖ intersection) = target
So the name of ``DiffOperation`` is misleading and inappropriate.
Unfortunately, there is no corresponding set operation for this class,
so it's hard to give it an apppriate name.
From my point of view, I believe the most accurate name for this class
should be ``TargetOperation`` because its result is same as the target set.

The results from `getCatalogue()` are inconsistent when we're in production *and* a cache comes into play.
This is due to the changes in 6eb5e7395c, where the fallback catalogues will be *merged* into the primary catalogue when it is written to the cache.
Strictly speaking, this is a BC break because it behaved differently before.
I am not sure what the relevance of this might be in practice.
However, it may cause headaches because
* The result changes only in the second+ try (when the cache is warm); a priori you cannot tell whether you're going to see this
* The catalogue is clearly not what the loader provided
* You have no chance of telling whether the message was originally available in the catalogue or not
* Generally, for every message you retrieve from the catalogue, you have no way of telling which locale it actually comes from (it need not be from the catalogue's locale, and the catalogue does not provide fallback catalogues either)
Regarding the last point, you usually don't care when using the `Translator`. Its purpose is to get the "best" translation available. However, when you bother to explicitly retrieve the catalogue, chances are your intentions are different.

Give ability to extractors to extract from an array of files a file, or a Traversable besides a directory.
The following commit adds the new feature to the following extractors:
PhpExtractor and TwigExtractor.
It also corrects the interface documentation to show the new options allowed as a parameter.
I found this change useful as I've got a custom translation:update command that instead of extracting from $rootPath. '/Resources/views/' it extracts from the files that git is showing as modified. The command usually runs much faster than the default as it only parses the needed files.

This removes the unused use statements which were not catched by
PHP-CS-Fixer because of string occurences. It also fixes some invalid

If libxml_use_internal_errors is set to `true` before parsing xliff file, the libxml errors are not cleared correctly. An error `Validation failed: no DTD found !` occurs in libxml errors after parsing and it's available outside the xliff parser (can break other functionality that use `libxml_get_errors` function).

When the translator can't find a correct match using transChoice() a string is logged today with the following text:

INI_SCANNER_RAW change the default scanner mode of parse_ini_files to parse all values without evaluate. This allow values with single quotes, "no" and "false" and raise an error if you use the deprecated "#" as comment character.
This change is specially good for shared translations, because a translator haven't to know that he can't use a few restricted terms.
And has a residual improvement: it's twice fast that use the default value (INI_SCANNER_NORMAL) in my tests
