Fabien Potencier 852a4c9c6a [Form] removed the file upload temporary storage feature ... The current implementation is not ready for inclusion in 2.0. It has several known problems (security, not possible to disable it, not "cloud-compatible", ...) and it's not a must have feature anyway.
