8d2cb067ec fix situation where we might assume nonextsing double initialisation of C predicates (use 
Hidden Pred Flag).
$host_type was double initialised.

2dfdca263d Use Doug Lea's malloc as an alternative to YAP's standard malloc 
don't use TR directly in scanner/parser, this avoids trouble with ^C while
consulting large files.
pass gcc -mno-cygwin to library compilation in cygwin environment (cygwin should
compile out of the box now).

1781ff9420 whole lot of fixes: 
- memory leak in indexing
  - memory management in WIN32 now supports holes
  - extend Yap interface, more support for SWI-Interface

7b2c4dc6ff all global symbols should now start with _YAP 
global functions should not be called from within file (bug in
binutils/WIN32).

0f471f8810 I/O fixes: get_quoted would go through EOF, check if answer replied EOF 
when asking for more solutions, readline in stream == 0 not 2.
