d5a459bb08 logical update semantics: 
instance of erased element should fail;
  garbage collection now tries to recover space for code.

5503ea22f3 try to decrease HeapTop if recovering space on top of Heap; 
change overflow code to be less relying on non-decreasing Heap.

c771c14b0f disable cache when checking whether static was in use.
