Merge branch 'link-atom-fix' into 'nightly'

atom: <link> urls should be attr, not content

Some activities (ex: repeats and follows) have <link>s like this:
<link rel="alternate" type="text/html">http://example.org</link>

This commit changes them to:
<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://example.org"/>
