Fixes handle()-related strict warnings such as "Strict Standards: Declaration of AdminPanelAction::prepare() should be compatible with Action::prepare(array $args = Array) Ref. #190
The Sample plugin shows best practices for development of GNU social plugins.
It adds a "Hello" menu item to the default menu and tracks how many times it
has greeted each user.
