# GNU social will be on GSoC this summer of 2020!

GNU social is happy to announce that will be participating as a hosting project in Google Summer of Code for the third time in a row!
|
|
|
|
## End of GSoC student application period (--03-31)
|
|
Students who haven't finished their proof of competence are allowed to further work until --04-10. After that we won't consider any further work in the assessment process. Results will be announced in --05-04.
