If security isn't configured in the application, neither the `security.context` service, nor the `security.token_storage` service exists.
Therefore, if a third-party bundle relies on the `app.user` or `app.security` (deprecated) check in Twig templates, an exception was thrown about asking for an non-existing service:

Instead, this patch checks if the `security.context` actually exists before trying to use it, and returns null otherwise.
Note that the **GlobalVariables** class, used for twig app globals in previous versions, and still used for PHP templating, behaves the same way.
So this is basically a BC break.

The issue is that `asset()` and `absolute_url()` cannot be composed because `asset()` already returns an absolute path (using the `PathPackage`) and `absolute_url()` still prepends the base path. So the resulting url contains the base path twice.
So this PR removes appending the base path to absolute paths (starting with `/`) passed to `absolute_url()`.

While working on the new asset component, I realized that the "absolute URL" feature was misplaced and would benefit from being exposed as a Twig function (composition is always a good thing). Then, I wondered if having a Twig function to generate a relative path (like done by the Routing component would also make sense). And here is the corresponding PR.

Form rendering breaks for buttons as the buttons are rendered in a separate
<div> element without any attributes (this is coming from
form_div_layout.html.twig which has this block hard-coded). The rest of the
elements render with <div class="form-group"> which make them compatible with
form-inline attribute in the form (`<form class="form-inline">`).
The problem makes buttons render on new lines for inline forms. Extending
button_row in bootstrap_3_layout.html.twig template fixes this.
