#### Type Names
This PR deprecates the definition of the `getName()` method of form types. See #15008 for a more detailed description.
Before:

When registering a type in the DIC, you should omit the "alias" attribute now.

By default, the class name of the type in underscore notation minus "Type" suffix is used as Twig template block prefix (e.g. `UserProfileType` => `user_profile_*`). If you want to customize that, overwrite the new `getBlockPrefix()` method in your type:

If security isn't configured in the application, neither the `security.context` service, nor the `security.token_storage` service exists.
Therefore, if a third-party bundle relies on the `app.user` or `app.security` (deprecated) check in Twig templates, an exception was thrown about asking for an non-existing service:

Instead, this patch checks if the `security.context` actually exists before trying to use it, and returns null otherwise.

The issue is that `asset()` and `absolute_url()` cannot be composed because `asset()` already returns an absolute path (using the `PathPackage`) and `absolute_url()` still prepends the base path. So the resulting url contains the base path twice.
So this PR removes appending the base path to absolute paths (starting with `/`) passed to `absolute_url()`.
