Its currently a awkward to use Serializer component to send a `JsonResponse`.
I have tried two approaches
1. use `Serializer::normalize` and `JsonResponse`
1. use `Serializer::serialize` and a plain `Response`, and set the `content-type`
In either cases there is need for a custom `json` function so as not to repeat yourself and there are disadvantages.
1. In the first case you are only partly using `Serializer` and any custom `Encoder` would be skipped
1. In the second you are not making use of `JsonResponse`, particular disadvantage if you want to support JSONP.
This new `json` method uses the serializer component is enabled it is used to generate the json data, and falls back to normal `JsonResponse` when its not.

It could be helpful to output the best guesses for bundle names and container extension aliases when one could not be found by the exact query.
Perhaps, I could regroup the logic so that it only looks through bundle names if the `Bundle` suffix is present, but I guess this might narrow the use case scope here.

Fixing several problems with choice placeholder that enhances #9030 for more edge cases:
- A choice with an empty value manually added in the choices array should only be considered a placeholder when it is the first element in the final choice select.
This is part of the HTML spec and how browsers also behave. If you select a choice with an empty value that is not the first option, it will still pass the "required" check
and thus submit the empty value. So it's not a placeholder.
If in the example below you move the empty option to the first place, the browsers will error on submit that you
must select a value. So only then it is a placeholder to show as initial value.

Also the validator https://validator.w3.org/nu/ will mark the above code as error:
> The first child option element of a select element with a required attribute, and without a multiple attribute, and without a size attribute whose value is greater than 1, must have either an empty value attribute, or must have no text content. Consider either adding a placeholder option label, or adding a size attribute with a value equal to the number of option elements.
This is fixed by replacing`0 !== count($choiceList->getChoicesForValues(array('')))` with `$view->vars['placeholder_in_choices'] = $choiceListView->hasPlaceholder()`.
Which means, the required attribute is removed automatically because the select form element is required implicitly anyway due to the nature of the choice UI.
- As the above quote mentions, the `size` attribute also has impact. Namely for a select with size > 1 it can be possible to have a required attribute even without placeholder.
This is because when the size > 1, there is no default choice selected (similar to select with "multiple").
- A placeholder for required radio buttons or a select with size > 1 does not make sense as it would just be fake data that can be submitted (similar to the ignored placeholder for multi-select and checkboxes).

Setting `null` as the version of a package means that it uses the empty
version strategy. However, omitting the `version` option entirely was
meant to fall back to the default version strategy. This is not possible
when the default version value is `null` as there is no way to remove

This PR is a follow up of #14972, we deprecated and removed the AssetsHelper in 2.7/3.0 doing impossible to use the Asset component and the PHP templates together, I've submitted this PR to be merged in 3.0 because IMO this is a bug fix, but we documented the deprecation and removal of the helper, what we should do here? I found out today that, although CachingFactoryDecorator is part of Symfony 2.7, it is not configured to be used in the DI configuration. This simple in-memory cache improved the page load by 50% for one considerably large form with many (~600) choice/entity fields that I was working on today.
Also, caching of query builders with parameters was broken, since the parameters are represented by objects. PHP's object hashes were used to calculate the cache keys, hence the cache always missed. I converted parameters to arrays for calculating the cache keys to fix this problem.

Currently when you run the TranslationUpdateCommand and want to write the translation in the domain file without a `translations` directory the output is `[OK] Success` but the file is not created.

The built-in web server automatically rewrites everything to the `app_dev.php` script, but it does not adjust the server variables accordingly.
Here is the output of `print_r($_SERVER)` on Apache with mod_rewrite enabled (relevant lines only):

Similar to what is done in [RegisterListenerPass](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.8/src/Symfony/Component/EventDispatcher/DependencyInjection/RegisterListenersPass.php#L61-L63), those changes allow to have a better exception message when defining a private `form.type`, `form.type_extension` or `form.form_guesser` tagged service, and at container compilation instead of runtime:
> The service "my.form.type" must be public as form types are lazy-loaded.
instead of:
> You have requested a non-existent service "my.form.type"
If I'm right, similar cases were considered as new features in the past, so this targets 2.8.

Autoreloading was previously set to `false`, but actually we want to force it.
This could even lead to a fatal error when warming where it was already warmed as the previous `classes.php` is directly required.

This new cache warmer allows to remove the known slowness of the first hit of a Symfony application (even when cache has been warmed up). This also allows to make a Symfony application runnable on a read-only filesystem (like in a Docker container for example)

When disabling the templating component, Twig templates are not warmed up as the warmer depends on the template finder which needs the templating component. This PR adds a new cache warmer that covers this case.

In #14563, we added a way to get the priorities of listeners, but as noted by @Tobion in #15825, the implementation is sub-optimal because of two main reasons: the change is not part of the interface but more importantly, the added boolean changes the return value of `getListeners()`.
This PR reverts most of #14563 to add a `getListenerPriority()` method. This method is quite slow, but as it should only be used for debugging purposes (on the CLI or the WDT), I think it's not really a problem.
In 3.0, this method should probably be added to `EventDispatcherInterface`.
