I agree that we should not trigger the deprecation warning when the `ContainerAwareHttpKernel` is used in the framework code. However, developers using this class in their own code should receive a warning to be able to prepare their applications for Symfony 3.0.

Apache rewrite module renames client request

- When using the `InputInterface` mock with interactive option, asking a ChoiceQuestion without specifying max attempts nor a default value led to an infinite loop when invalid values are submitted. In case there is something wrong in tests, it wasn't obvious to understand what's happening, as the process was constantly waiting for inputs.
- `testAmbiguousChoiceFromChoicelist` test was wrong as the autocompleter filled the value and the test was never triggered (+max attempt issue).

Removed unnecessary statement from `PersistentTokenBasedRememberMeServices.php`.
`$series` comes from `$cookieParts` and `$this->tokenProvider->loadTokenBySeries($series);` is supposed to find the token with that value. Doing `$persistentToken->getSeries();` should give us exactly the same value, so it is an unnecessary statement.
Why?
* We don't need it? We won't miss it when it's gone.
* It confuses a code reader who starts guessing why would that be needed (at least I did and lost time because of that).
Unless…
It actually is needed, as we want `TokenProviderInterface` implementations to have a possibility to give a `PersistentTokenInterface` with a different series value than asked… I can make a PR to the testing class so that such requirement is checked upon.
I don't believe that this is BC, as this behaviour isn't documented anywhere and no existing (known to me) implementations return different series than the asked ones (and current tests pass successfully).

When using PropertyAccessor with an object having both a public property
and a magic getter, and one wants to update this property,
PropertyAccessor may lose the property reference.
This occurs when the public property value is a hash:

Fix getOrigin
I am far from sure if this is a correct fix, but I believe it is.
The problem is that `getOrigin()` now returns either the Form it was thrown in or `null`. This causes issues when using the `FormErrorIterator`, like:
```php

foreach ($form->getErrors(true) as $error) {
echo '* '.$error->getOrigin()->getName().': '.$error->getMessage();
}
```
This now doesn't work for fields that have `error_bubbling => false` or for the root form. In that case, it'll throw an error. Even if I first checked if `getOrigin()` returned `null` or a `FormInterface`, I still had a problem: There is no way to detect which field it was bound to.
Imo, `$error->getOrigin()` should always return the Form that caused them.
/cc @webmozart would love if you can verify that I'm correct here. The form error iterator stuff is still dizzling my head...

This is an alternative approach for the version feedback feature of PR #13626. The original PR performed a server-side HTTP request to symfony.com, which might be problematic in certain environments, see #14349.
This PR makes the following assumptions:
* Symfony's release roadmap is rarely changed
* After the first release of a branch, the Symfony development team is committed to the announced support dates.
* The support period of a stable branch might be extended, but it's usually not reduced.
Given those assumptions, the EOM and EOL dates may be shipped with the Symfony release and may be updated with a later bugfix release. The information would be available offline without any need to query Symfony's servers.
If the user is running the latest bugfix release of a branch, the EOM/EOL dates should be accurate. If he's running an earlier version, he might get a false positive warning about reaching EOM or EOL if the support period has been extended in the meantime. But since he's running an outdated version anyway, would this really be a problem?

The results from `getCatalogue()` are inconsistent when we're in production *and* a cache comes into play.
This is due to the changes in 6eb5e7395c, where the fallback catalogues will be *merged* into the primary catalogue when it is written to the cache.
Strictly speaking, this is a BC break because it behaved differently before.
I am not sure what the relevance of this might be in practice.
However, it may cause headaches because
* The result changes only in the second+ try (when the cache is warm); a priori you cannot tell whether you're going to see this
* The catalogue is clearly not what the loader provided
* You have no chance of telling whether the message was originally available in the catalogue or not
* Generally, for every message you retrieve from the catalogue, you have no way of telling which locale it actually comes from (it need not be from the catalogue's locale, and the catalogue does not provide fallback catalogues either)
Regarding the last point, you usually don't care when using the `Translator`. Its purpose is to get the "best" translation available. However, when you bother to explicitly retrieve the catalogue, chances are your intentions are different.

This ensures that a relative path can be used to specify the router script, and that if the router script cannot be found an error is reported and the command fails.
The file path for the router script is now determined and checked prior to the child process being forked, which seems cleaner. The same change could be made in ServerRunCommand.php, or possibly in the ServerCommand base class; to keep the scope small, though, this wasn't done as part of this bug fix.

In the Routing/Router and Translation/Translator, delegate creation of ConfigCache instances to a factory. The factory can be setter-injected but will default to a BC implementation.
The ```ConfigCacheFactoryInterface``` is designed in a way that captures the common ```$cache = new ...; if (!$cache->isFresh()) { ... do sth }``` pattern. But more importantly, this design allows factory implementations to take additional measures to avoid race conditions before actually filling the cache.
By using an exchangeable ConfigCache factory it becomes possible to implement different resource (freshness) checking strategies, especially service-based ones.
The goal is to be able to validate Translators and Routers generated by database-based loaders. It might also help with symfony/AsseticBundle#168. This PR only contains the minimum changes needed, so the rest could be implemented in a bundle outside the core (at least for the beginning).
Component/HttpKernel/Kernel::initializeContainer still uses the ConfigCache implementation directly as there is no sensible way of getting/injecting a factory service (chicken-egg).
This is a pick off #7230. It replaces #7781 which was against the master branch. Also see #7781 for additional comments/explanations.

# Salt option & salt generation
Thanks to @ircmaxell & @inanimatt, we came to the conclusion that the use-cases for the `salt` option/argument are pretty arguable. So I suggest to get rid of it: **a salt will always be generated by the command.**
### Generated salt
The generated salt is now in the Table output:
`security:encode-password test -n`
The "Generated salt" row and the last comment about the salt aren't present if the new `empty-salt` option is provided (see below).
# New empty-salt option
As some encoders might generate their own built-in salts (like the `BCryptPasswordEncoder`) and some custom encoders could do the same (or not require a salt at all), I suggest a new option: `empty-salt`.
This option will not provide any salt to the configured encoder, which will generate its own, then.
With the interactive way, the user will always be asked confirmation for the salt generation if the `empty-salt` option isn't set:
`security:encode-password password`
### bcrypt encoder
As the `BCryptPasswordEncoder` is shipped with the security component, and listening to @inanimatt valuable comments in #13988, I introduced a second commit (0cdb546) making an exception for the `bcrypt` encoder, and always set the `empty-salt` option with it.
We're aware that's not ideal from a OO design perspective, but far better from a DX one. If not desired, I will revert it.
Anyway I think https://github.com/symfony/symfony/issues/13988#issuecomment-85068382 and other comments about the `PasswordEncoder` API and salt generation should be considered for 3.0.
A note is added when bcrypt encoder is detected without the `empty-salt` option:
`security:encode-password password "Custom\Class\Bcrypt\User" -n`
# Default user-class
The default `user-class` is set to `Symfony\Component\Security\Core\User\User`.
I think this makes sense, as in the previous version of the command, the Symfony\Component\Security\Core\User\User was configured in the setAutocompleterValues and set the $value to Symfony\Component\Security\Core\User\User if null.
Asking the question to the user with the interactive command would have been useful only if the user was able to pick one encoder from a choice list.
# Arguments order / make arguments options
When we had both `salt` and `user-class` as arguments, the command looked like:
```sh
security:encode-password [password] [user-class] [salt]
```
All arguments were optional, for the interactive command purpose (The command asked the user for missing arguments).
But, as they were arguments, we had to provide each of them in the proper order. That meant we couldn't provide a salt without defining the optional user-class.
So I suggested using options instead of arguments for both user-class & salt.
But as the `salt` option/argument is removed, now I don't feel the need for the `user-class` to be an option.
Indeed, the new command short version will look like the following:

#Default user-class: Symfony\Component\Security\Core\User\User
security:encode-password password
#Another user-class:
security:encode-password password "AppBundle\Model\User"
```
Making the user-class an option IMO isn't a necessity anymore, and will only lengthen the command:
```sh
security:encode-password password --user-class="AppBundle\Model\User"
```

After this PR, `server:start` will ask the user if it wants to start `server:run` automatically. If yes, the `server:run` command is executed and the server is started. If no, the command exits with `1`.

The word 'movies' was singularified to 'movy'. There seem to be only two
words ending in 'ovies', which are 'movies' and 'anchovies'. The singular

The fix for IE8 which does not have the addEventListener method on
XMLHttpRequest broke the feature for modern browsers because it was

I implemented the additional options "choice_label", "choice_name", "choice_value", "choice_attr", "group_by" and "choices_as_values" for ChoiceType. Additionally the "preferred_choices" option was updated to accept callables and property paths.
The "choices_as_values" option will be removed in Symfony 3.0, where the choices will be passed in the values of the "choices" option by default. The reason for that is that, right now, choices are limited to strings and integers (i.e. valid array keys). When we flip the array, we remove that limitation. Since choice labels are always strings, we can also always use them as array keys:

**choice_name**

The generated names must be valid form names, i.e. contain alpha-numeric symbols, underscores, hyphens and colons only. They must start with an alpha-numeric symbol or an underscore.
If `null`, an incrementing integer is used as name.

Returns the grouping used for the choices. Can be an array/Traversable, a callable (like for "choice_label") or a property path.
The return values of the callable/property path are used as group labels. If `null` is returned, a choice is not grouped.

**Technical Changes**
To properly implement all this, the old `ChoiceListInterface` class was deprecated and replaced by a new, slimmer one. The creation of choice views is now separated from choice lists. Hence a lot of logic is not executed anymore when processing (but not displaying) a form.
Internally, a `ChoiceListFactoryInterface` implementation is used to construct choice lists and choice views. Two decorators exist for this class:
* `CachingFactoryDecorator`: caches choice lists/views so that multiple fields displaying the same choices (e.g. in collection fields) use the same choice list/view
* `PropertyAccessDecorator`: adds support for property paths to a factory
**BC Breaks**
The option "choice_list" of ChoiceType now contains a `Symfony\Component\Form\ChoiceList\ChoiceListInterface` instance, which is a super-type of the deprecated `ChoiceListInterface`.

Give ability to extractors to extract from an array of files a file, or a Traversable besides a directory.
The following commit adds the new feature to the following extractors:
PhpExtractor and TwigExtractor.
It also corrects the interface documentation to show the new options allowed as a parameter.
I found this change useful as I've got a custom translation:update command that instead of extracting from $rootPath. '/Resources/views/' it extracts from the files that git is showing as modified. The command usually runs much faster than the default as it only parses the needed files.

While working with Symfony's Bootstrap layout I have found few minor issues:
- [x] Choice labels are rendered with extra spaces
- [x] Whitespace control for all form widgets (like in default layout)
What was done:
- All failing tests from `AbstractLayoutTest` were copied to `AbstractBootstrap3LayoutTest` and adapted for Bootstrap layout. One of the main fixes was to change class checking for input (e.g., Bootstrap requires "form-control").
- Removed ` ` and hardcoded space before error message. Spacing here should be handled with CSS.
- Trimmed all unnecessary spaces from widget blocks (whitespace control)

Currently, only the `PhpDumper` is able to dump inlined service
configurators. Since Symfony applications dump the compiled container
in XML, inlined configurators will break this process.
Using a hash as a salt provides unnecessarily low entropy, especially when using Symfony's recommended password encoder (bcrypt) which truncates salt at 22 chars, giving only 16^22 bits entropy. Using base64 instead provides _up to_ 256^30 bits (256^16 to bcrypt).
This change doesn't break compatibility with the built-in PasswordEncoderInterface implementations (message-digest, pbkdf2, bcrypt, plaintext), but it _might_ not work with some custom encoders if they've been assuming hexit salts. On balance I think it's fine since the commit this patches was only merged a few hours ago :D

So the user choose the user type, and, using the method `getEncoder($user)` of the `security.encoder_factory` service, I get the right encoder configured.

If `router.request_context.host` is defined in `parameters.yml` and if this
key is used in `globals` section of twig bundle then the value registered in the
DIC/parameters is the default value (`localhost`).
It occurs because generall the framework bundle is defined before the twig
bundle. So after the first loop, the (user) value registered in the
`ContainerBuilder` is overridden by the default value of the framework bundle.
And so, when it comes the time to process twig bundle, the last one gets the
default value, and not the user value.
This patch force the merge of default value, but give an highest precedence of
user parameters for each extensions.

In the service container, factories can be defined with a class/method pair or a service/method pair.
The class or service value can be a container parameter, but it was not supported everywhere, this PR fixes that.
Note that the method can never be a container parameter as this is supported nowhere in the current code, so this has not been changed.

## Explanation for the PR:
While editing a web application, I was changing a LOT of translation files. The debug:translation command helps a lot, but it is hard to find out in which domain the missing/unused translations are located. By adding an extra column with the name of the domain, I get more information about the translations in the table.

`NativeRequestHandler` reused the local variable for the form name `$name` as a loop variable for processing the `$_FILES` array. A separate variable is now used.
Two new test cases are included:
- Handling a request with multiple files

The issue is that `asset()` and `absolute_url()` cannot be composed because `asset()` already returns an absolute path (using the `PathPackage`) and `absolute_url()` still prepends the base path. So the resulting url contains the base path twice.

PHPUnit Bridge
==============
Provides utilities for PHPUnit, especially user deprecation notices management.
It comes with the following features:
* disable the garbage collector;
* auto-register `class_exists` to load Doctrine annotations;
* print a user deprecation notices summary at the end of the test suite.
Handling user deprecation notices is sensitive to the SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER
environment variable. This env var configures 3 behaviors depending on its value:
* when set to `strict`, all but legacy-tagged deprecation notices will make tests
fail. This is the recommended mode for best forward compatibility.
* `weak` on the contrary will make tests ignore all deprecation notices.
This is the recommended mode for legacy projects that must use deprecated
interfaces for backward compatibility reasons.
* any other value will respect the current error reporting level.
All three modes will display a summary of deprecation notices at the end of the
test suite, split in two groups:
* **Legacy** deprecation notices denote tests that explicitly test some legacy
interfaces. In all 3 modes, deprecation notices triggered in a legacy-tagged
test do never make a test fail. There are four ways to mark a test as legacy:
- make its class start with the `Legacy` prefix;
- make its method start with `testLegacy`;
- make its data provider start with `provideLegacy` or `getLegacy`;
- add the `@group legacy` annotation to its class or method.
* **Remaining/Other** deprecation notices are all other (non-legacy)
notices, grouped by message, test class and method.
Usage
-----
Add this bridge to the `require-dev` section of your composer.json file
(not in `require`) with e.g.
`composer require --dev "symfony/phpunit-bridge"`.
When running `phpunit`, you will see a summary of deprecation notices at the end
of the test suite.
Deprecation notices in the **Remaining/Other** section need some thought.
You have to decide either to:
* update your code to not use deprecated interfaces anymore, thus gaining better
forward compatibility;
* or move them to the **Legacy** section (by using one of the above way).
After reviewing them, you should silence deprecations in the **Legacy** section
if you think they are triggered by tests dedicated to testing deprecated
interfaces. To do so, add the following line at the beginning of your legacy
test case or in the `setUp()` method of your legacy test class:
`$this->iniSet('error_reporting', -1 & ~E_USER_DEPRECATED);`
Last but not least, you should then configure your C.I. to the reporting mode
that is appropriated to your project by setting SYMFONY_DEPRECATIONS_HELPER to
`strict`, `weak` or empty. It is recommended to start with `weak` mode, upgrade
your code as described above, then when the *Remaining/Other* sections are empty,
move to `strict` to keep forward compatibility on the long run.

Currently, the logic for serializing `array` and scalars is hardcoded in the serializer. This is not possible to have a custom serializer normalizing collections. This a big limitation, for instance it's not possible to create an normalizer creating [Hydra collections](http://www.hydra-cg.com/spec/latest/core/#h-collections) for a PHP array.
This PR fix that.

The context listeners are specific to a particular firewall, and as such, should not be applied if the current request doesn't match that context listener. To avoid this, the context listener can remove itself from the dispatcher as it is called.
This comes in to affect when two or more firewalls are setup and using the same kernel for multiple requests. Assuming there are two firewalls 'site' and 'admin'
- Request comes in matching 'site' firewall, 'site' ContextListener adds it's onKernelResponse method to the dispatcher
- Succesful auth for 'site'
- ContextListener writes token to session
- Request comes in matching 'admin' firewall, 'admin' ContextListener can't find anything in the session, so nulls the token in the security context
- 'site' ContextListener listens for response, can't find a token in the security context so removes the 'site' token from the session

Ignore case in host which means:
- When generating URLs we leave the case in the host as specified.
- When matching we always return lower-cased versions of parameters (because of https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.7/src/Symfony/Component/Routing/RequestContext.php#L190 ) in the host. This is also what browers do. They lowercase the host before sending the request, i.e. WWW.eXample.org is sent as www.example.org. But when using curl for example it sends the host as-is. So the HttpFoundation Request class can actually have a non-lowercased host because it doesn't have this normalization.

Add the property path to the exception message when trying to access a property of a scalar variable or null. For example:

$accessor->getValue((object) ['foo' => null], 'foo.bar'); // Throws UnexpectedTypeException
$old = 'Expected argument of type "object or array", "NULL" given'; // Old message
$new = 'PropertyAccessor requires a graph of objects or arrays to operate on, but it found type "NULL" while trying to traverse path "foo.bar" at property "bar".'; // New message

Checking the exception messages was added to the existing tests.
~~To make it possible to customize the exception messages, constructor was removed from `UnexpectedTypeException`. Instead the exception messages are built where the exception is thrown. (None of the other exception classes of the component had custom constructors.)~~
~~There are no BC breaks -- unless removing the constructor of an exception class is considered one.~~
The original PR included a potential BC break but the structure was changed somewhat.
The current version deprecates the old constructor for `UnexpectedTypeException`, but a BC layer is included.

The test AbstractProcessTest::testStartAfterATimeout() is pretty useless, due to two reasons:
1. Any exception is caught
This means even the exception thrown with
<code>$this->fail('A RuntimeException should have been raised.');</code>
is caught, making the test pretty useless.
2. Invalid PHP code gets executed
The command that is executed in the tests actually is:
<code># php -r "$n = 1000; while ($n--) {echo ''; usleep(1000); }"</code>
.
This does not wait ~1s, but produces the following error:
<code>PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in Command line code on line 1</code>

This PR adds support for custom property naming strategies to the serializer and provides a built-in NameConverter using this new system: (CamelCase to underscore).
It handles normalization and denormalization (convert `fooBar` to `foo_bar` when serializing, then from `foo_bar` to `fooBar` when deserializing). It also has a flag to convert only some attributes.
The `setCamelizedAttributes()` is deprecated in favor of this new method (more flexible, allows to rename all attributes of a class and support deserialization) and now uses it internally.

Small css issue:
When you use `dump()` after some html has been already echoed (this can be common in non-Symfony app) and you have elements with e.g. `position: absolute` you can end up watching logos and menus instead of vardumper's output:
`position: relative` and `z-index` help a lot and i don't see any disadvantages in having these styles by default

The new `autoescape_service` option is used to set the `autoescape` Twig option, which can be a callable. The Twig options are stored in a parameter (`twig.options`), but as parameters cannot have references, that does not work well.
So, this PR removed the parameter as it is not needed.

I changed a bit the order of profiles, IMO the dump goes closer to request data. Then I tweaked a bit the toolbar to show more icons even on smaller screen. I tested everything with Chrome and IE9 and it seems to work smoothly.

With this PR HTTP status codes are provided in the search results to simplify identification of particular requests.
For the schema-less storage implementations (memcache(d), redis, mongodb) and the default file storage, it should work without purging existing profiles. But the code could be simplified, if it is an option to expect old profiles to be purged. For database driven storages (mysql, sqlite), the `sf_profiler_data` table must be dropped anyway (if the table isn't altered manually by adding the `status_code` column). Thus the changes are not fully BC.
