#### Type Names
This PR deprecates the definition of the `getName()` method of form types. See #15008 for a more detailed description.

By default, the class name of the type in underscore notation minus "Type" suffix is used as Twig template block prefix (e.g. `UserProfileType` => `user_profile_*`). If you want to customize that, overwrite the new `getBlockPrefix()` method in your type:

I introduced a bug in the 2.7 ChoiceList implementation when choices are passed as groups:

In this example, since the choices `$yesObj` and `$maybeObj` have the same array index `0`, the same label is displayed for the two options. The problem is that we rely on the keys passed in the "choices" option to identify choices in a choice list (which are, as you see, not guaranteed to be free of duplicates).
This PR changes the new choice list implementation to identify choices by values instead. We already have the guarantee that choices can be identified uniquely by their string values.
This PR should be included in 2.7.2 to fix the regression.
Unfortunately, a few BC breaks in the new implementation are necessary to make this fix:
* The legacy `ChoiceListInterface` was reverted to how it was in 2.6 and does *not* extend the new `ChoiceListInterface` anymore.
* As a consequence, legacy choice lists need to be wrapped into a `LegacyChoiceListAdapter` when they are passed to any place in the framework where a new choice list is expected.
* The new `ChoiceListInterface` has two additional methods `getStructuredValues()` and `getOriginalKeys()` now.
* `ArrayKeyChoiceList::toArrayKey()` was marked as internal.
* `ChoiceListFactoryInterface::createView()` does not accept arrays and Traversables anymore for the `$groupBy` parameter (for simplicity).

When passing a DateTimeImmutable instance to DateTimeToLocalizedStringTransformer::transform($dateTime), it throws an exception, `TransformationFailedException('Expected a \DateTime.')`.
The method just converts a date-time object into a string, so there is no reason that it should not support all DateTimeInterface implementations.
DateTimeInterface was added in PHP 5.5, so in order to support earlier versions, we need to do instanceof checks for both DateTime and DateTimeInterface. When Symfony requires PHP 5.5 or larger, we can remove the DateTime check and only check for DateTimeInterface.

The "Backwards compatibility" condition doesn't grap (e.g. when passing a `SimpleChoiceList` as `choice_list` on `ChoiceType`), as the default value for the `ChoiceType` option `preferred_choices` is `array()` instead of `null`. So I changed the condition from `null === $preferredChoices` to `empty($preferredChoices)`.
Then there was an issue with accessing `attr` in `form_div_layout.html.twig`, since the deprecated `Symfony\Component\Form\Extension\Core\View\ChoiceView` doesn't provide an `attr` attribute. Since the docblocks of `Symfony\Component\Form\ChoiceList\View\ChoiceListView` state `$choices` and `$preferredChoices` to be instances of `Symfony\Component\Form\ChoiceList\View\ChoiceView` instead of `Symfony\Component\Form\Extension\Core\View\ChoiceView` I fixed the template issue by mapping the deprecated `ChoiceView` objects to the new one with an empty `attr`.

`NativeRequestHandler` reused the local variable for the form name `$name` as a loop variable for processing the `$_FILES` array. A separate variable is now used.
Two new test cases are included:
- Handling a request with multiple files
- Handling a request with file upload and a nameless form
Both tests fail without the fix. The test cases could probably be better though.

The build was broken because the 2.4 API works in the same way as the 2.5 one in Symfony 2.7, so the cause is set. This tries to provide a compatible API with the depreciation of the OptionResolverInterface. I would like to have this in 2.6.2 but I think that might not be possible? To me I think we should always provide an API where you do not need to use deprecated classes.
Also can you think of any way to trigger errors on the use of the deprecated setDefaultOptions() method? Since it is usually overwritten without calling the parent class this might be tricky. Maybe only in the resolver if we can check if actual options has been resolved in a call to setDefaultOptions.

This removes the unused use statements which were not catched by PHP-CS-Fixer because of string occurences. It also fixes some invalid phpdoc (scalar is not recognized as a valid type for instance).

This removes the usage of deprecated constants in our code.
I'm applying this in 2.3 to make merging branches easier. This is especially needed for 2.7 because of deprecation warnings added in #13060 (warnings are triggered in this PR because of these usages)

#12404 removed the timezone options from DateType and TimeType, however the tests don't cover all cases and there was a bug introduced as per #12808.
This PR adds tests for the expected behaviour but will not fix the bug.
Unfortunately, it seems that the tests are being skipped in the form component on Travis (and have been for a year) - probably due to the ICU version being changed.

Pass 'UTC' param cause issue on single_text date type, `null` should be passed to get the default php timezone.
Don't know how to add test for #12808 issue, do someone know how to "change" properly timezone during tests? Where can I do this?

The OPTIONS request is just handled as any other request method. And accoring to the spec, an options request can also contain a request body like a POST. This only applied when using the deprecated form processing with `$form->submit($request)`. The change also makes the handling consistent with the `handleRequest` behavior via https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/Form/Extension/HttpFoundation/HttpFoundationRequestHandler.php

This PR replaces #11456. It adds a "label_format" option which allows to configure a format for generating labels. Two placeholders are available: `%name%` and `%id%`.
**Feedback wanted**: Should we change the placeholders to `{{ name }}` and `{{ id }}`?
The option is inherited from the parent form if not set explicitly on a field:

```

I wanted to customize the template of a children of a choice field. I learned it was not currently possible, though it is with the collection type. So this should let people be able to customize the template for all the choice children at once.

Right now, the "required" HTML attribute is set for both fields (since the default value of the "required" option is true). IMO this is wrong.
With this fix, the ValidatorTypeGuesser guesses `false` for the "required" option unless a NotNull/NotBlank constraint is present.

#### Possible BC Break
The old behavior had unit test cases specifically testing the case of a grand-children form. However, this behavior is not documented anywhere and the fix seems to have no adverse effects on form validation. `Symfony\Component\Form\FormInterface` implements `ArrayAccess`, therefore, semantically speaking, `children[direct_child].children[grand_children]` and `children[direct_child][grand_children]` are equivalent. `offsetGet` is expected to fetch an element from `children`. I do not see why both were not considered equivalent when resolving the ViolationPath.
This commit will indeed change how some errors are mapped. However since the old mapping is (in my opinion) a bug...

`IntlDateFormatter` constructor [may return false](http://www.php.net/manual/en/intldateformatter.create.php#refsect1-intldateformatter.create-returnvalues). This patches avoids fatal errors in these cases

Since Symfony 2.5
The problem was that the form component has a hardcoded depencency to the deprecated validator component (api Version 2.4)
The pull request fixes the dependency to the validator component and supports now both implementations, apiVersion 2.5 and apiVersion 2.4 of the validator component.

Right now, launching tests from the Form component's directory doesn't work, due to missing dev dependencies. This should be merged back into master afterwards.
Also fixed a problem related to a bad method signature in ```Symfony\Component\Form\Tests\Extension\DataCollector\FormDataExtractorTest_SimpleValueExporter```

Same issue as #9976 and #10203: when you add a `time` field to a form with options `single_text` (so HTML5) and `with_seconds`, the generated input does not contain the `step` attribute, therefore the browser does not show them, leading to an error at the submit because of an invalid format.

This is the second pull request for this issue. The history of this is as follows:
Original Fix was added Feb 11th under Pull Request #10232.
Users began complaining of Doctrine ArrayCollection not being updated in forms.
Revert was added Feb 15th under Pull Request #10269.
Issue #10405 was opened on 7th Mar for the original bug.
Pull Request #10269 has a failing test that illustrates users concerns.
I have added failing tests to this pull request to illustrate the problems described in #10405.
All tests now pass, and all forms of $data are now supported, including arrays, DoctrineCollection, ArrayObject, and other IteratorAggregates.
__Details as follows:__
The onSubmit() method of the ResizeFormListener class is assuming the data is an array, and calling unset directly inside a foreach. This works fine in most scenarios, but if data is an instance of IteratorAggregate that is iterating over $data by reference, it breaks with the following error:
Symfony\Component\Form\Extension\Core\EventListener\ResizeFormListener::onSubmit(): ArrayIterator::next(): Array was modified outside object and internal position is no longer valid in ./vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/Form/Extension/Core/EventListener/ResizeFormListener.php line 142
This is because the foreach loop is using an Iterator in the background, but the ResizeFormListener has unset the underlying data directly, causing the value that the Iterators internal pointer is pointing to to change.
The Iterator provided by IteratorAggregate may or may not have the ability to modify it's underlying data. So it is not possible to rely on the Iterator to modify the data. Instead, it is simpler to avoid modifying $data at all while we are iterating over it. So instead, we simply iterate over $data once to determine the keys we need to delete, and store them. Then we iterate over the keys and delete them from $data.

When replacing a child form from within a form event, it's not obvious that you have to use the 'add' method. Though it's minor, this will save somebody a google search.

This PR adresses the issue that if you have a form collection with the option required => false and you submit an empty collection so you will get a ArrayCollection that contains en element with the value null.
This behaviour was introduced with the following changes from symfony/symfony#3257

With the changes of this PR the new option empty_data is introduced. With this option you will be able to ignore/delete such empty collections, so they will neither be validated nor appear as empty field in the result.
The option will remove/ignore such empty collections if you add them newly and if allow_add is enabled and
removes such empty collections only if allow_delete is enabled.
With setting required and empty_data accordingly it will be now flexible to customize to the outcome you want to achieve.
Thanks to @bschussek for the great work together - We have to discuss how to name this option so if delete
or ignore is the appropriate name.

The neutral gender "das Token" is used in science to describe an array of bits or chars, where as the masculin "der Token" is commenly used for keys in communications and authentication in the network.
I guess the a CSRF-Token is more a key for authentication then a bit array.

In almost all classes symfony uses property initialization when the value is static. Constructor initialization is only used for things that actually have logic, like passed parameters or dynamic values. IMHO it makes the code much more readable because property definition, phpdoc and default value is in one place. Also one can easily see what the constructor implements for logic like overridden default value of a parent class. Otherwise the real deal is just hidden behind 10 property initializations. One more advantage is that it requires less code. As you can see, the code was almost cut in half (210 additions and 395 deletions).
I unified it accordingly across symfony. Sometimes it was [not even consistent within one class](https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/Config/Definition/BaseNode.php#L32). At the same time I recognized some errors like missing parent constructor call, or undefined properties or private properties that are not even used.
I then realized that a few Kernel tests were not passing because they were deeply implementation specific like modifying booted flag with a custom `KernelForTest->setIsBooted();`. I improved and refactored the kernel tests in the __second commit__.
__Third commit__ unifies short ternary operator, e.g. `$foo ?: new Foo()`. __Forth commit__ unifies missing parentheses, e.g. `new Foo()`.
