Our CI for PHP 8 is currently a blind spot, mainly because the PHPUnit version 8.3 that we use for the test suite is incompatible with php 8. This PR changes the PHPUnit version used on Travis for php 8 to PHPUnit 9.3.
Our test suite might not be 100% compatible with that new PHPUnit release yet, but this change should allow us to run most tests on php 8 again and enable us to iteratively migrate to PHPUnit 9.3.

When using a PHP constant in the first key of a mapping the parser would throw an exception. However if you used a PHP constant in any other key but the first it was allowed. This fix allows PHP constant as the first key.
I've included a test for this parser error along with the fix.

I had a little pocket of free time and decided to add a few translations. I wasn't 100% sure about the most natural way to translate 97 and 98, hence why I left them out for now. I'll add them afterwards when I get more time to think about them.

The way namespace declarations are parsed has changed in php 8 (see php/php-src#5827). This PR should fix the corresponding issues in the ClassLoader and Routing components.
Note that Doctrine Annotations suffers from the same issue (doctrine/annotations#339). I had to run the Routing tests locally with doctrine/annotations#344 applied.

`PHPUnit\Util\XML`, an internal PHPUnit class, is used in a couple of tests. Those tests fail on PHPUnit 9.3 because that class has been removed. This PR fixes those tests by using the new class if it's available.
If this is too much C&P, we could consider having PhpUnitBridge polyfill this call.

In branch 3.4, travis started a redis-server container and tests run correctly.
Starting from 4.4, the travis test suite don't start the server anymore, which is not an issue for 4.4's tests because tests are skiped.
The issue is when branch 4.4 run the 3.4's test suite to check if component changes in 4.4 does not affect 3.4. in that case, the 3.4 tests suite is run without redise-server.
see https://travis-ci.org/github/symfony/symfony/jobs/711062047 for example
