We already know that bundles must be compatible with many Symfony's versions, so it is very likely that current bundles won't be able to use this feature soon, unless they create symbolic links to support both structures.
The point is that this is already happening, so in the future when our bundles stop to support <=4.3 then you'll be sure to change the current directory structure.
We have recently added the `getPublicDir()` method in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/31975, here I'm removing it in favor of hardcoding a new convention.
I've added some functional tests in which I've changed everything to this structure:

It's been quite a tunnel these days with @jderusse but here we are: the phpunit-bridge is now a fully working polyfill for newest PHPUnit features. All related PRs have been merged as "minor" but they are now ready for prime time, hence this PR that I'd like to be merged as "feature", to make it part of the changelog of Symfony 4.4.
As of version 4.4, the `simple-phpunit` script will run an augmented version of PHPUnit, that will provide the newest assertions of PHPUnit 8 even if you happen to be running PHPUnit 4.8+ (because you still need to test on PHP 5.5, as Symfony does.)
The bridge currently provides polyfills for the methods that are needed to make our tests pass on PHP 7.4 with no deprecations:
- #32878#32907 `assertString(Not)ContainsString(IgnoringCase)`, `assertEqualsWithDelta` and `assert(Not)ContainsEquals`
- #32875 `expectException*`, which replace `@expectedException*` annotations
- #32846 `assertIs*`, which replace `assertInternalType`
- #32865 `create(Partial)Mock`
- #32931 `assert(File|Directory)(Not)(Exists|IsReadable|IsWritable)`
More polyfills might be added if you need them. PRs welcome as usual.
As of #32882, when the `SYMFONY_PHPUNIT_REMOVE_RETURN_TYPEHINT` is set to `1`, `simple-phpunit` will also [patch](884669b83b/src/Symfony/Bridge/PhpUnit/bin/simple-phpunit.php (L149)) the source of PHPUnit 8 to remove the `void` return-type on `setUp*`/`tearDown*`. This is required when the same codebase must be tested against PHP 5.5 up to 7.4+ (as does our branch 3.4). For codebases that don't want or can't run their tests with `simple-phpunit` but want to run their PHP 5.5 tests with PHPUnit 8, the bridge provides a new `SetUpTearDownTrait` that allows a [smooth transition](c59a4d2dec/src/CachePoolTest.php (L21)) to it.
Along the path, we also created a new tool for our CI: it's now possible to submit a new polyfill on the current feature-branch (4.4 these days) and test it with a PR on another branch. See #32887 for the patch.
All these new features have been added to achieve PHP 7.4 support on branch 3.4. There are still many deprecations that need to be fixed, all tracked in #32844. It should be a pretty nice list of "good first issues". Thank you @luispabon, @tweichart, @Alexander1000 BTW.

This PR adds return types to methods that need to have one in Monolog 2.
Notes:
* The PR will break userland handlers that extend handlers from Monolog Bridge.
* I was unable to come up with a php 7.1 compatible version of `SwiftMailerHandler` that works with Monolog 1 and Monolog 2 because a method we're overriding now has a `string` type-hint on a parameter that wasn't there before. I've „solved“ this with a version switch, but I feel dirty doing this. 🙈 If you have a better solution, please enlighten me.

which defaults to `true` in 4.4 but will trigger a deprecation if not set explicitly
in order to make the default `false` in 5.0.
While it could be solved now thanks to #29641 by using both `@Length(min=1)` & `@NotBlank(allowNull=true)` constraints,
as expressed in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/issues/27876#issuecomment-403307783 and following comments, the `@Length(min=1)` behavior doesn't match our expectations when reading it: it feels logical to invalidate empty strings, but it actually doesn't.
Hence the proposal of making the behavior of rejecting empty strings the default in 5.0.
In my opinion, the flag could even be removed later.

Sometimes, you cannot easily know if code was written by a vendor or
directly in the application, for instance if the code comes from a file
in the cache. In that case, it is better not to classify the deprecation
as direct or indirect.

When using factories it's common best practice to use interface as class name, especially in cases
where you know impl can differ. Before this fix ProxyManager did not allow these to be lazy.
In our case this has lead several to hard to debug issues on classes we need to mark as lazyi
and often a need to add lazy on decorators if there are any or other workarounds.
As we have had this issue, and still have on both 2.8 and 3.4 this is opened against 2.8.

The ConsoleFormatter crashes when there is not a DateTime object in `$record['datetime']`. As this parameter is not documented anywhere (i.e. `FormatterInterface` does not say it must be a DateTime object), I think the proper fix is to check if there is DateTimeInterface object and only call the `format` method then.
We use a custom LogProcessor (https://symfony.com/doc/current/logging/processors.html) to add some extra data and format the DateTime in the `$record['datetime']`. We need to format the DateTime in the processor, because we use `JsonFormatter` in prod environment and it does not support changing the date format. We use `ConsoleFormatter` only in dev environment and as the processor is called before the formatter, we get the crash.
There were no tests whatsoever for `ConsoleFormatter`, so I've added a basic one, that passes before and after, and another one that tests the crash (failed before, passed after).
There is a theoretical BC break, as someone could have sent an object with a `format` method to the formatter and it would have worked, but I'm not sure if it's considered BC break by Symfony, please let me know, if it is.

## Description
It happens that the `IdReader` is created by the `DoctrineType` and cached for each entity class case.
But the type already resolves whether or not it should use it, only when we can optimize query thanks to a single id field when defining the `choice_value` option: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Bridge/Doctrine/Form/Type/DoctrineType.php#L188.

This PR replaces #24793 in (partially) fixing how Doctrine's DECIMAL type is handled by the Form component.
Previously, DECIMAL was mapped to the regular NumberType. That confuses Doctrine's change detection, depending on the DB platform.

The value in the Doctrine entity changes before and after submit. Hence Doctrine believes an update is necessary.
This PR introduces an `input` option to NumberType (similar to DateType), that can be set to `'number'` (default) or `'string'`. If set to `'string'`, the conversion is as follows:

That fix should be done in the SqlitePlatform object in Doctrine as part of another PR and should be backwards compatible with the current Doctrine version (i.e. opt in via configuration).
Compared to #24793, this PR does not introduce a new type but instead makes the NumberType more flexible. Also, this PR does not introduce the `force_full_scale` option since that should be solved by Doctrine as described above.

Currently you need to copy the whole form_row block if you just want to add a class to the form_row div. Instead we could introduce a `row_attr` which can then simple be set the following in the theme e.g.:

This feature automatically adds some validation constraints by inferring existing metadata. To do so, it uses the PropertyInfo component and Doctrine metadata, but it has been designed to be easily extendable.

Supported constraints currently are:
* `@NotNull` (using PropertyInfo type extractor, so supports Doctrine metadata, getters/setters and PHPDoc)
* `@Type` (using PropertyInfo type extractor, so supports Doctrine metadata, getters/setters and PHPDoc)
* `@UniqueEntity` (using Doctrine's `unique` metadata)
* `@Length` (using Doctrine's `length` metadata)
Many users don't understand that the Doctrine mapping doesn't validate anything (it's just a hint for the schema generator). It leads to usability and security issues (that are not entirely fixed by this PR!!).
Even the ones who add constraints often omit important ones like `@Length`, or `@Type` (important when building web APIs).
This PR aims to improve things a bit, and ease the development process in RAD and when prototyping. It provides an upgrade path to use proper validation constraints.
I plan to make it opt-in, disabled by default, but enabled in the default Flex recipe. (= off by default when using components, on by default when using the full stack framework)

This PR adds two simple processors that add context to every log entry.
RouteProcessor adds routing information:

In #20801, we deprecated the `RoleInterface`. The next logical step would be to also deprecate the `Role` class. However, we currently have the `SwitchUserRole` class (a sub-class of `Role`) that acts as an indicator to check whether or not the authenticated user switched to another user.
This PR proposes an alternative solution to the usage of the special `SwitchUserRole` class by storing the original token inside the `UsernamePasswordToken`. This PR is not complete, but rather acts as a proof of concept of how we could get rid of the `Role` and the `SwitchUserRole` classes.
Please share your opinions whether you think this is a valid approach and I will be happy to finalise the PR.

Writing tests for Form related features in the Doctrine and Twig bridges
as well as the FrameworkBundle is a pain as soon as these tests are run
with more recent versions of the Form component. This is due to the fact
that our tests in the bridges and bundle extend test cases from the
component. The tests in the component are expanded with every feature
that gets added there. However, these new features are not present in
the other packages in older version and we thus need to be able to skip
them somehow.

Monolog 1.24 added the ResettableInterface which is meant to support resetting handlers. Reset should also flush as if the request was ending, and it can be used for long running workers for example in between each job that is processed. Due to SwiftMailer's spool however the emails in case of errors are right now only sent at the very end of the worker's lifetime.
For older Monolog versions, this will be ignored, and is thus harmless.

While debugging a `cache:clear`, I found the following errors on stderr:

When the profiler is enabled and collecting doctrine queries data, if a query fails because of `ConversionException` or another error thrown while resolving parameters, the data collector is also throwing the same error.
This should fix this case. The tests for this case cannot be executed in 5.4 because Doctrine 2.5 fails with a fatal error in `DateType`.

At the moment, debugging an exception coming from a middleware is not as friendly as it could: each middleware is preceded by a noisy frame added by the `$next` callable indirection.
This PR allows removing this frame by using `$next()->handle($envelope, $next);` instead of `$next($envelope);` in a middleware. Note that this is optional so that the later continues to work. But if one wants to opt-in for the former, then the stack trace of exceptions will be freed from `$next`.
All core middleware should do this, so here they are, updated.

A bridge shouldn't provide interfaces to me so I submitted https://github.com/Seldaek/monolog/pull/1204 instead.
This PR reverts the possibility to autoconfigure processors for now, so that it could be moved to the MonologBundle instead.
To have TokenProcessor and WebProcessor classes implement the new ProcessorInterface, we could bump the minimum version of monolog. This cannot be done until a new version of it is tagged, so we need to resolve this before tagging 4.2 ourselves.

This is a follow-up PR to #27890 to fix the `microtime` precision, it should be 8 decimals instead of the current 6 (see https://3v4l.org/GYacF)
The problem now is that due to the new tests the whole testsuite will fail if run from the main directory, as hhvm and 5.4 targets are doing, due to phpunit using the wrong `ClockMock` class. Tests for 7.1 and 7.2 pass because they `cd` into the component directory.

I'm not sure the way https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/28316 is implemented is the best so here is an alternative.
Instead of counting on a call from the child method, it uses the `DebugClassLoader` and `@param` annotations. If a `@param` annotation is used on a parent but is then not actually implemented in the child class, a deprecation will be thrown.
Example:

In #11496, an option was added to `ConsoleFormatter` to ignore empty context and extra data. This setting was even turned on by default.
The `ConsoleHandler` was then overhauled in #21705. During this change, the option got lost.

With this PR, the phpunit-bridge will enable `DebugClassLoader` by default, making it do its job: throw deprecation notices at autoloading time. On top of #28329, this made me spot some glitches in the code base, fixed here also.
This can be disabled by configuring the listener in `phpunit.xml.dist` files, adding `<element key="debug-class-loader"><integer>0</integer></element>` next to `<element key="time-sensitive">...`.

This Pull Request concern severals components, the purpose here is to notify in dev mode that in a case of inherit class, a function will have a new or severals arguments in Symfony 5.0, therefore not implement it is deprecated since Symfony 4.2
The function is made by these conditions :
1- ```(func_num_args() < $x)``` where [x] is the number of arguments we will have in Symfony 5.0
this check allow to verify that the arguments are missing
2- ```(__CLASS__ !== \get_class($this))```
this check allow to verify that the name of the class is different than the base class, therefore that we are in the child class
3- ```(__CLASS__ !== (new \ReflectionMethod($this, __FUNCTION__))->getDeclaringClass()->getName())```
this check allow to verify that the class of the current function is different than the base class, therefore the function has been rewrote into the child class

As to the [PHP documentation](https://secure.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php) `date()` uses the value of `time()` as timestamp if none is given. `date()` has to be mocked in ClockMock as well for this still being true, otherwise `\time()` is used as default.
BTW: The msec part of `microtime()` has 8 fractional digits on my system, ClockMock returns only 6...

As explained by @stof in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/27735#discussion_r199797412, injecting the `ClassMetadataFactory` directly can lead to issues when resetting the EntityManager.
This PR deprecates this usage and encourages to inject the entity manager directly.

A set of abstractions extracted out of the Symfony components.
This is a topic I've been thinking about for a long time. I feel like the time has come for Symfony to publish some abstractions so that people could build on them in a decoupled way.
I've identified interfaces in some components that would greatly benefit from being moved out from the components where they are for now. E.g. #26929 is something that has a broader scope than the Cache component itself.
By putting them in a new `symfony/abstractions` package, we would allow more innovation in the Symfony community, at the abstraction level.
In order to start small, I propose only one interface that gathers a concept that is shared amongst many components already: `ResetInterface`. It would provide a standard `reset()` method, whose purpose is to set an object back to its initial state, allowing it to be reused many times with no side effects/leaks related to its history. By this definition, it could also be autoconfigured (as done here, see update in FrameworkExtension). See wording in the docblock in the attached source code.
Ideally, I'd like this package to provide not only interfaces, by also generic traits, and reference test suites when possible. We could work on adding more abstractions during the 4.2 cycle. WDYT?

### How to use this package?
The abstractions in this package are useful to achieve loose coupling and
interoperability. By using the provided interfaces as type hints, you are able
to reuse any implementations that match their contracts. It could be a Symfony
component, or another one provided by the PHP community at large.
Depending on their semantics, some interfaces can be combined with autowiring to
seamlessly inject a service in your classes.
Others might be useful as labeling interfaces, to hint about a specific behavior
that could be enabled when using autoconfiguration or manual service tagging (or
any other means provided by your framework.)
### How is this different from PHP-FIG's PSRs?
When applicable, the provided contracts are built on top of PHP-FIG's PSR. We
encourage relying on them and won't duplicate the effort. Still, the FIG has
different goals and different processes. Here, we don't need to seek universal
standards. Instead, we're providing abstractions that are compatible with the
implementations provided by Symfony. This should actually also contribute
positively to the PHP-FIG (from which Symfony is a member), by hinting the group
at some abstractions the PHP world might like to take inspiration from.
### Why isn't this package split into several packages?
Putting all interfaces in one package eases discoverability and dependency
management. Instead of dealing with a myriad of small packages and the
corresponding matrix of versions, you just need to deal with one package and one
version. Also when using IDE autocompletion or just reading the source code, it
makes it easier to figure out which contracts are provided.
There are two downsides to this approach: you may have unused files in your
`vendor/` directory, and in the future, it will be impossible to use two
different sub-namespaces in different major versions of the package. For the
"unused files" downside, it has no practical consequences: their file sizes are
very small, and there is no performance overhead at all since they are never
loaded. For major versions, this package follows the Symfony BC + deprecation
policies, with an additional restriction to never remove deprecated interfaces.
