While working on a different issue I suddenly came over a strange behaviour.

The code above will result in two identical selects:
The reason for this is hash generation in `Symfony\Component\Form\ChoiceList\Factory\CachingFactoryDecorator::createListFromChoices()` — it does not take array structure into account. See [the comment and the code below it](7f46dfb1c4/src/Symfony/Component/Form/ChoiceList/Factory/CachingFactoryDecorator.php (L116)).
The comment says that the same choice list should be returned for the same collection of choices no matter the structure. This is wrong, because `ChoiceListInterface` has a method `getStructuredValues()` and thus a list instance cannot identified by a hash which does not take structure into account.
I propose a simple change that fixes this and allows for similar choice fields with different groupings.

When using the extra_fields_message option on FormTypes to include the extra_fields items in the message, the output included some superfluous (or, perhaps, missing?) quotes. This resulted in some strange output: `This form should not contain extra fields: notes1\", \"notes2\", \"notes3`.
This PR removes the quotes and instead implodes the extra_fields array using merely ', ' as the glue, resulting in the output: `This form should not contain extra fields: notes1, notes2, notes3`.

In order to allow HTTP methods other than GET, PUT, POST, DELETE and PATCH, the `allowed_methods` option under `framework.form` configuration has been added.
This configuration option adds the specified methods to the `FormConfigBuilder` whitelist, allowing that methods be used in form configuration via `setMethod` or the `method` option.
The use-case, that has been discussed in #26287, required the usage of custom HTTP method for describing a resource in an API application.

Fix DateTimeType' HTML input format according to HTML specs. Currently `DateTimeType` produces html with format `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ` but the HTML5 spec expects `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss` (i.e. no `Z`). Chrome presents an empty date picker meaning edits or having a default date are broken.
Also the reverseTransform was expect to have a timezone attached, which it does not - and incorrectly marks it as being a UTC time in this case, instead of using the Transformers output TZ.
This is same as @franzwilding https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/27254 but with change to just straight use of `DateTime::format` and handling TZ in reverseTransform

I recently let Europe's leading accessibility experts (Funkanu.se) review a site of mine, they gave me (among other) the feedback that errors should be a part of the label.
They said that it makes no sense for blind users to read label, read input and then read errors.
I know the implementation might look strange. But I wish something like this would be merged. That would be great for accessibility for all apps using Symfony.
We *could* also make sure it prints something like:

I don't think we have to do this by adding overhead in master and getting it properly fixed in 2 years.
This is bug I've introduced while fixing another bug #17822. Which then has been replicated in #20418 and #24993.
I propose instead to clean up the code for all LTS, since this is a wrong behaviour that has never been documented, and most of all unreliable.
The `empty_data` can by anything in the view format as long as the reverse view transformation supports it. Even an object derived from the data class could be invokable.
I think we should remain consistent with https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.7/src/Symfony/Component/Form/Form.php#L615.

As suggested in #13589 , this PR adds the option to specify custom false-values, so we can use the CheckBoxType to handle strings '1' / '0' and eval them to true / false. While HTTP defines that checkbox types are either submitted=true or not-submitted=false, no matter of what value was submitted, it would be nice to have this option.
Also refs (which read like "the basic idea of the feature was accepted, PR almost done, then something-happend so PR wasnt merged"..?)

Explicitly locked out submission of dates beyond December 31st 9999 in forms as PHP is highly incapable of consistently handling such dates. Before this patch dates were randomly transformed or mangled.
Technically there is a BC break as this will now cause validation to fail on input that was *accepted* before, but it was mangled. Not my call but I prefer the rejection over data corruption:

This pull request improves the exception thrown when a Type is requested from Symfony\Component\Form\FormRegistry.
The same exception message was thrown if either the Type class wasn't found or the Type class did not implement the Symfony\Component\Form\FormTypeInterface.
This pull request adds some explaination of the reason why a type could not be found and helps application developpers to find the source of the Symfony\Component\Form\Exception\InvalidArgumentException thrown when getting a Type.

When using a `MoneyType` field, one can pass `currency=false` option to hide the currency symbol. This does not work well when using the Bootstrap 3 theme: the symbol is not displayed but HTML elements that are supposed to contain it are still rendered.

We cannot change the behaviour, obviously. At least it's useful in API controllers.

Yeah, I think we could change this in 4.0 without a big impact (btw, I think our BC policy even allows it for this case).
There is one case where people will use the event name rather than the constant: the kernel.event_listener tag (and recent versions can even use the constant in YAML files). But this won't be the case for this event, as form events are not dispatched in the main dispatcher anyway.

I have made a port of the Twig form theming code for Bootstrap 3 to the α-5 version of Bootstrap 4.
- The (inheritance) structure of the form theming files has changed because a number of blocks are the same between BS 3 and 4. They have been migrated to `bootstrap_base_layout.html.twig`.
The new tree is as follows:

- Checkboxes and radio buttons have been stacked using the `.form-check`, `.form-check-label` and `.form-check-input` classes. There is now no distinction between checkboxes and radio buttons in the markdown.
- All layout tests have been added and updated for BS4. The inheritance tree is as follows:

- No [custom form elements](http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/components/forms/#custom-forms) have been used.
- A docs PR can be created if this PR is accepted.
- The new code might have to be updated if large changes occur in the BS 4 α.

In a case where the method `createFormBuilder()` was used where the methods `add()` and `getForm()` were chained onto it, the final resulting object was no longer a FormBuilder object as the `add()` and `remove()` methods was using a return variable that didn't work.
Should reference `self` as interfaces do not have a `$this` object.

As spotted by @stof in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/pull/22388#issuecomment-293565243, skipping abstract tagged services removes an opportunity to report config mistakes to users.
Instead of skipping them, let's throw as done before (thus reverting #22039, ping @chalasr).
I made `$container->findTaggedServiceIds()` accept a 2nd arg to make this more systematic.
To keep the possibility to have abstract tagged services *for the purpose of tag inheritance*, `ResolveTagsInheritancePass` now resets their tags.

I found out that we have 2 non-visible in regular IDE chars in codebase.
One is just inside a comment, it could be safely removed.
But second is inside a real code, I have replaced it with `pack`, so one won't accidentally replace non-breaking space with regular space.

To resolve these problems, I just added a simple-validation listener to choice type.

This pull request is about making internal form services (aka form types, form type extensions and form type guessers) private. They used to be public until Symfony 3.2 for one valid reason: lazyness. However, Symfony 3.3 now comes with built-in mechanism to support effective lazy loading of private services with service locators and proxies.
This PR makes the `DependencyInjectionExtension` class of the `Form` component leverage these new DI component mechanisms. Form types, form type extensions and form type guessers can now be declared private as a best practice. We decided to make these services private as of Symfony 3.3 and of course it would break BC. But this PR introduces a BC layer using a Symfony trick to keep internal form services public. The service container currently has a known issue where private services are not really private if they're referenced by at least two other services in the container. We use this trick to maintain the legacy services public even though the new API relies on private ones. This trick is done thanks to the `deprecated.form.registry` and `deprecated.form.registry.csrf` fake services that will be removed in Symfony 4.0.

By implementing `ArrayAccess`, `Countable`, `IteratorAggregate`, `__get`, `__isset` and `__toString`, VarDumper's `Data` objects become seamless and behave almost identically from their original clones values, especially from the PoV of Twig.
In data collectors, this allows replacing the many nested calls to `cloneVar` by a single one.
This makes the code simpler, and should make a significant difference in term of performance.

While playing around with Symfony in a PHP 7.1 application I noticed a warning in how EnvParameterResoure uses unserialize. Since PHP 7.0 introduced the options argument which allows to restrict which classes can be unserialized for better security, it might make sense to use it here. As far as I can tell this is no BC break, it only provides an additional safety mechanism.

It's currently not possible to use a custom format with `DateType` when not using one of the three values day, month or year (i.e in my case "MM/yyyy").
The formatter handles it, it looks like this option check is wrong, this PR fixes it.

Recently, the "[Counting of non-countable objects][1]" RFC was merged in PHP 7.2-dev. This means `count()` now causes a warning when passing anything that's not countable (e.g. `null` or `''`).
As PHP does not lazily execute conditions, `FormUtil::isEmtpy($data) || 0 === count($data)` will cause *both* conditions to be executed. This means `count($data)` errors when `$data` is empty.
Splitting it up in 2 statements avoids the warning being triggered in PHP 7.2.

# (1st) Derive "data_class" option from passed "multiple" option
Information
-------------
Following this tutorial ["How to Upload Files"][1] but storing many `brochures` instead of one, i.e.:
```php

The Problem
--------------
I found a pain point here when the form is loaded again after save some brochures (Exception):
> The form's view data is expected to be an instance of class Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\File\File, but is a(n) array. You can avoid this error by setting the "data_class" option to null or by adding a view transformer that transforms a(n) array to an instance of Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\File\File.
The message is very clear, but counter-intuitive in this case, because the form field (`FileType`) was configured with `multiple = true`, so IMHO it shouldn't expect a `File` instance but an array of them at all events.
The PR's effect

**Before:**

Based on the same information before, but adding some constraints:

This should require at least one file to be stored.
The Problem
--------------
But, when no file is uploaded at submit the form, it's valid completely. The submitted data for this field was `array(null)` so the constraints pass without any problem:
* `@Assert\Count(min="1")` pass! because contains at least one element (No matter what)
* `@Assert\NotBlank()` it could pass! because no `false` and no `empty()`
* `@Assert\File()` pass! because the element is `null`
Apart from that really we expecting an empty array instead.

I didn't make any profiling but a resolver instance is passed to `configureOptions()` creating locale variables including those exceptions for each field using one of the patched form types, so I guess the memory usage can grow really fast.
